I have been coming here for years. I wouldnt go anywhere else. The service department is full of great people. The last time I was in I needed some repairs done. Anthony, Josh and Matt were all very helpful in explaining what was going on with my car. I have very little car knowledge and didnt know what was going on before I brought it in and felt nervous. I left there knowing my car was in good hands and would get back to me better than when it went in.

Offered lunch menus if we wanted to grab a bit to eat, while we waited. Fantastic customer service. After 30 minutes, my car was ready. The Tech put me behind the wheel and we went for a test drive. Everything was perfect. If I lived within an hour of this dealership, I would make the trip for all of my Subaru service.

The only interaction I had with this dealership was through the online service. I inquired about a vehicle I was interested in. A salesman quickly responded to me by email. He let me know that it was sold the day before and asked questions to what I was looking for. We came to North End Subaru to look at a used Forester we had seen advertised on the dealers website. We were greeted by Frank Lajoie who showed us the car, pointed out its features and took us for a test drive. Frank provided the history of the vehicle including the service records. Our research showed that the car was fairly priced and accurately advertised. Frank and his team made the purchase process easy. We were never pressured to take a loan on the vehicle (we had been at another dealership) and, while we were presented material on an extended warranty, we were not pressured to purchase one. We took the vehicle to our mechanic for inspection and North End Subaru promptly took care of the couple of minor issues our mechanic found. Throughout the process we were treated fairly by Frank and his team. I would highly recommend this dealership to others and will return next time I am in the market for another Subaru.

When I first met Greg, I was nervous and anxious. This was the first time I was walking into a car dealership to look at a car. I had no intention of buying one that night but before I left, I had a deposit down and I couldnt have been happier. Greg makes you feel comfortable and at ease. He felt like I was talking to an old friend. My husband and I both agreed that he was fantastic! He took the time to talk and crunch numbers and get us all the information we needed, even though it was close to closing time. Tom, was a pleasure to work with! The first night he was able to go over the numbers more in detail and help us out and then come signing day he was there again answering every question or concern we had. Greg took the time on the day I got my car to come out and sit in it with me and go over every detail and even set up my phone, navigation and every other tool that I needed. I also have to say that when I came back the next day to look at the car again before buying it, Frank helped me get the keys and talked to my Dad about the car since I had brought him for a third opinion. He was great! As a matter of fact, every single employee there is friendly and makes you feel comfortable and not pressured. Will absolutely recommend North End to all of my friends and family!!!
