I have been vehicle shopping for a couple of weeks. Looking at a variety of vehicles trying to figure out my next 10 year commitment (ha ha). It hasnt been a pleasant experience overall and if one more person "mans speaks" to me...just grrrr My experience at the Chevy dealership was a welcomed breathe of fresh air. In 2013 I walked into the Herb Chambers Cadillac of Lynnfield Dealership and had one of the best buying experiences in my near 40 years of buying new vehicles. This year I wanted a Chevrolet Traverse and had to see if Herb Chambers Chevrolet of Danvers could compare with the buying experience I had 3 years ago. We test drove a Chevrolet Traverse LTZ loaded with all the bells and whistles and again we were in a stress free environment and a pleasure to work with this outstanding team of 3. It began with Juxhin aka Eugene who introduced this magnificent vehicle and went for a ride. We had a lot of fun with him and his knowledge of the Traverse and his personality made it easy to do business here. When we returned we met Stephen Chiavelli, the sales manager who also had a great personality and worked hard to get us to the right number to seal the deal. Last but not least you need the person who deals with all of the boring paperwork. Back in 2013 when I purchased my 2013 Chevy Equinox, Kirsten was the first person I spoke with to arrange for my vehicles initial oil change and ever since that very first visit up to my most recent visit on 4/16/16 Kirsten has provided me with EXCELLENT customer service! I had been looking for a specific car for about a month, and I had called and visited several dealerships over that time, and I am happy that I drove over 40 miles away to purchase from Herb Chambers Chevrolet. I have written several reviews on Herb Chambers and my opinion has always been the same - Outstanding Service I have been servicing my Impalas at Herb Chambers Chevrolet for several years and have always found the service to be outstanding . The customer support and service provided by service advisor Scott Lyon and service technician Jay Mendonca ( 23637) cannot be beaten. They are a winning team that consistently get it right the first time around. These individuals are the number one reason I bought my new Chevy Impala from Herb Chambers. Scott is a knowledgeable, dedicated and energized individual whose main purpose is to keep the customer happy by taking the necessary steps to get the vehicle serviced and or repaired correctly the first time around in a reasonable amount of time. Aside from being an excellent mechanic Jay is also very customer orientated. He takes the time to research new issues and does not hesitate to call General Motors for assistance with resolving new car/new design issues. I have had my cars serviced in three states and numerous dealerships over the past thirty plus years and have never gotten any better service than I get from these two individuals. Noone wants to need service on a brand new vehicle but unfortunately it can sometimes happen. Its good to know you can be sure they are going to take care of it immediately. I recently brought my aunt to the dealership in Danvers to look for a used vehicle as I have been a customer for many years and knew she would receive quality service. I had previously worked with Eddison and he had Ray Arocho show her a couple vehicles. My aunt was very nervous and overwhelmed as she was in a car accident that totalled her vehicle. She fell in love with a Chevy Cruze and bought it that day. More importantly, the patience and outstanding customer service that was given made her very comfortable. I appreciate everything that Ray Archos did as the sales consultant and also the service and patience she received from the business manager Bobby Haddad. A week later, I was fortunate to work with both Ray and Bobby to get back into a brand new Chevy Equinox that I love! I was in a lease that was not working out so well for the amount of miles I drive and Bobby worked hard to get me into the right vehicle at the right cost. I am a very proud and happy Chevy Equinox owner. I highly recommend Herb Chambers Danvers and will continue to be a loyal customer and refer as many people as possible. They are truly the best! I bought my Chevy Equinox at Quirk Chevrolet in Braintree, but could not get there to have my car serviced as it was out of my way. I called Herb Chambers Chevrolet Service Dept. and spoke to a great guy by the name of Cesar. I explained my situation and asked if I could bring my Chevy to them for regular service, a check-up and winterizing. Cesar was was polite, helpful and professional. My engine light was on and I wanted to check things out. I waited about an hour and Cesar came out with the keys said my car was fine. They performed a "27 or 28" point inspection and they did it as a courtesy! Needless to say I was extremely happy and will definitely be bringing my Chevy back to Herb Chambers for service and buying my next Chevy from Herb Chambers as well! Thank you Cesar!

Although I was confused where to go on arrival, and nobody seemed to be in charge in the office, once I found somebody in the garage area she was very helpful and kept me informed of the progress on my truck.
