I have been vehicle shopping for a couple of weeks. Looking at a variety of vehicles trying to figure out my next 10 year commitment (ha ha). It hasnt been a pleasant experience overall and if one more person "mans speaks" to me...just grrrr My experience at the Chevy dealership was a welcomed breathe of fresh air. Paulie treated me like a customer (you know, the person who might buy the car!). He assumed I wanted to know everything about the potential purchase, engine functions included. This might seem like small things, but I was grateful for the time he took with me and for making the experience smooth. Ask for Paulie Polacke...he has my gratitude and respect.

We were shopping for a new to us vehicle and Paulie P. helped us through the process of looking at the Chevy Tahoe and such that we were interested in. In 2013 I walked into the Herb Chambers Cadillac of Lynnfield Dealership and had one of the best buying experiences in my near 40 years of buying new vehicles. This year I wanted a Chevrolet Traverse and had to see if Herb Chambers Chevrolet of Danvers could compare with the buying experience I had 3 years ago. We test drove a Chevrolet Traverse LTZ loaded with all the bells and whistles and again we were in a stress free environment and a pleasure to work with this outstanding team of 3. It began with Juxhin aka Eugene who introduced this magnificent vehicle and went for a ride. We had a lot of fun with him and his knowledge of the Traverse and his personality made it easy to do business here. When we returned we met Stephen Chiavelli, the sales manager who also had a great personality and worked hard to get us to the right number to seal the deal. Last but not least you need the person who deals with all of the boring paperwork. The business Manager John Doucette made the signing and explanation of all the documents you need to go through another effortless experience with outstanding hospitality. If your a Chevy guy youll have a good time at this place.

I would like recognize one service employee member in particular and that person is Kristen who sets up the service appointments. Back in 2013 when I purchased my 2013 Chevy Equinox, Kirsten was the first person I spoke with to arrange for my vehicles initial oil change and ever since that very first visit up to my most recent visit on 4/16/16 Kirsten has provided me with EXCELLENT customer service! She has always been very courteous and pleasant each time I have made an appointment and when I come in for that service work she cheerfully greets me and asks me if I have any concerns or issues with the vehicle, makes sure that anything I need done is taken care of as quickly as possible and always makes me feel welcome and satisfied with my service experience! It has been my personal experience that more often than not the kind of customer service I receive these days is lacking and non professional and seems not to be important to both the customer service personnel and the companies they work for! That is why I am so appreciative to Kirsten for providing me with the kind of customer service I expect and am happy to acknowledge! I had been looking for a specific car for about a month, and I had called and visited several dealerships over that time, and I am happy that I drove over 40 miles away to purchase from Herb Chambers Chevrolet. They had the exact car I wanted. I met with Cody Banks. He was well informed about the car, and did not try to sell me a car I was not interested in, as I experienced several times at other dealerships. I left with the car I wanted, and I was treated with respect and felt confident with my purchase. They did not try to over sell me or pressure me into a deal I was not comfortable with. when I picked up the car, Cody and the rest of the staff were very accommodating to my schedule, and had the car ready to go. It was a great experience overall.

I have written several reviews on Herb Chambers and my opinion has always been the same - Outstanding Service I have been servicing my Impalas at Herb Chambers Chevrolet for several years and have always found the service to be outstanding . The customer support and service provided by service advisor Scott Lyon and service technician Jay Mendonca ( 23637) cannot be beaten. They are a winning team that consistently get it right the first time around. These individuals are the number one reason I bought my new Chevy Impala from Herb Chambers. Scott is a knowledgeable, dedicated and energized individual whose main purpose is to keep the customer happy by taking the necessary steps to get the vehicle serviced and or repaired correctly the first time around in a reasonable amount of time. Aside from being an excellent mechanic Jay is also very customer orientated. He takes the time to research new issues and does not hesitate to call General Motors for assistance with resolving new car/new design issues. I have had my cars serviced in three states and numerous dealerships over the past thirty plus years and have never gotten any better service than I get from these two individuals. I always feel very comfortable going to this dealership knowing that my maintenance or warranty issues will be taken care of . My car is in good hands at Herb Chambers Chevrolet.

Everyone Ive dealt with at the Herb Chambers Danvers dealership is great. From the Salesman Ray and Bobby in Finance to Scott in Service. Noone wants to need service on a brand new vehicle but unfortunately it can sometimes happen. Its good to know you can be sure they are going to take care of it immediately. I recently bought a new Equinox and cant say enough about Ray and Bobby during that process. When the vehicle needed service, Scott made sure everything was taken care of right away and that I had it back as soon as possible without it being an inconvenience in the meantime. I love my Equinox and glad to know I can count on such a great team at Herb Chambers when needed! Thank you!

I recently brought my aunt to the dealership in Danvers to look for a used vehicle as I have been a customer for many years and knew she would receive quality service. I had previously worked with Eddison and he had Ray Arocho show her a couple vehicles. My aunt was very nervous and overwhelmed as she was in a car accident that totalled her vehicle. I bought my Chevy Equinox at Quirk Chevrolet in Braintree, but could not get there to have my car serviced as it was out of my way. I called Herb Chambers Chevrolet Service Dept. and spoke to a great guy by the name of Cesar. I explained my situation and asked if I could bring my Chevy to them for regular service, a check-up and winterizing. Cesar was was polite, helpful and professional. My engine light was on and I wanted to check things out. I waited about an hour and Cesar came out with the keys said my car was fine. They performed a "27 or 28" point inspection and they did it as a courtesy! Needless to say I was extremely happy and will definitely be bringing my Chevy back to Herb Chambers for service and buying my next Chevy from Herb Chambers as well! Thank you Cesar!
