My wife and I found a pre-owned vehicle online at Cernak, we immediately came down, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. We test drove the vehicle and ran the numbers, never once did we have any pressure to buy as we left. The next day we purchased the car and again had the same family atmosphere with no sugar coating and false leads on anything we did! Definitely will be back! Thanks!

My wife and I are very impressed with the Cernak Buick dealership. The dealership manager Jeff Cernak greeted us at the door upon our arrival as our salesperson Nick Blais was not available the day we chose to go out to the dealership. We has been in contact with Nick via email in regards to the two Dodge trucks they had on their lot and definitely wanted to check them out. When we test drove the vehicle my wife and I were able to take the vehicle by ourselves rather than having a salesperson in the vehicle with us. So we could really try it out and check it out without being rushed. We settled on a price, thanks to a great price on my trade in. Also, I cannot say enough about Scott , the finance person he went over everything and found the best interest rate in keeping with my budget. When they delivered the vehicle it was spotless and they also went over the features of the vehicle. They were very knowledgeable about the vehicle even though they do not sell that brand. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle

After visiting several car dealers in the area and not being satisfied with the dealers approach to buying a car I called Cernak Buick. I called to ask them questions about a used car and they drove it over to my home , so my wife and I could take it for a ride. I bought a Chevy Impala from Cernak about 3.5 years ago and was happy with both their sales and service. After my husbands car accident last week we had to find him a replacement car and I recommended Cernak because of my experience and because they are our local dealership. He found what he was looking for and the entire experience between sales and financing was friendly, fast, and easy. We really like the no pressure sales approach and a more traditional, family-like atmosphere. My husband had the car chosen and financed on Saturday afternoon and picked up the car on Monday. I had no intention of buying but the used car selection had some good variety and I found a Chevy I really loved. I began my journey of purchasing a new car by bringing my current car to the service department at Cernak Buick. There, as always, I was greeted by the service manager, Steve Zavisza, who arranges for timely repair work to my car every time I bring it in for service. I mentioned to Steve my interest in looking at one of their new cars. He took time with me explaining the car in which I was interested, and then he directed me to the showroom. From the moment I entered the showroom, I was treated with respect by very knowledgeable staff. When I expressed my interest in a 2015 Buick Regal, I was quickly set up by the dealer, Ken Cernak, with a test drive. Upon my return from the test drive, Ken answered all of my questions, evaluated my current vehicle for its trade-in value, and worked up a purchase price. After reviewing the information I was presented, I decided to purchase the Regal. Ken then had me meet with his business manager, Scott Leon, to work out the financing and purchase agreements. Scott took his time with me and was very clear in his explanations about my options. When I returned two days later to pick up my new car, Scott thoroughly explained each document I needed to sign. After that, another staff member spent an hour and a half with me in my new car explaining all of the details of my car with which I needed to become familiar. Then Ken worked with me on getting my Onstar account established. All together, I spent almost three hours with different staff members, all of whom were exceptional. I came here to inquire about purchasing a car after my vehicle of 19 years croaked on me. I had called several dealerships but when I spoke with Jen, I just had a great feeling about her. I went here with the intention of purchasing one kind of vehicle and ended up finding my dream car. Jeff was very patient and helpful in allowing me to test drive both vehicles.There was no pressure to buy and everyone was extremely pleasant and sympathetic to me having to let go of my friend of 19 years. Then buying process went smoothly and Scott (finance) was instrumental in working hard to get everything he felt I deserved with the used vehicle I purchased. Jeff and Howard were also great and were very helpful. After I purchased the vehicle Jen and Howard went over all the bells and whistles with me seeing I was not used to any of that I was given a tour of the place (something that has never happened to me) and was very impressed!! We had been looking for a while, taken a few test drives, visited a few dealerships , auto malls and mega dealers we noticed a pattern, all they wanted to do was push us into the finance office, not listen to what we wanted or wanted to do. overall made it stressful to look at never mind buy a car. Then we went to Cernak Buick, WOW, now thats how buying a car should be! Grade A+ .Just a wonderful experience from sales to finance. What an overall great feeling while we were there. Your talking about a family owned and operated business thats been around for 75 years in april 2015.Your treated like family and wonder why you put up with the other dealers technique for all those years. We didnt choose their car, but we are interested in buying from them in the future. The car we liked was a little more than we could currently afford. The dealer/sales person (Because one of the family owners personally greeted us and answered our emails) was very friendly and we definitely want to buy from them. The whole place and atmosphere was very relaxed and pleasant. The model that we test drove was great and very good value; we simply decided on a 7 seater after falling in love with the one in their showroom, so we decided not to buy a 5 seater. I would definitely recommend this dealership!
