We’ve heard so many good things about Imperial Cars over the years from family members and friends who’ve purchased cars there, and we also appreciate Kevin Meehan’s public spiritedness and contributions to his home town. So, when our mechanic at Long Distance Tire in Medway said our 2004 Pacifica had reached the end of its life and was no longer safe to drive at all, not to mention on a 2500-mile trip, we quickly spent some time researching on cars.com, then headed to Imperial Cars in Mendon. Our salesman, Andy Clair, was so helpful. Once we decided on the car, Andy did everything he could to help us drive home that night in our new (to us) 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan. He helped us transfer our belongings from our old car, reminded us to check for things like the handicapped placard and other items we might not have thought of. He even offered us a meal at the old-fashioned diner on the lot while the car was getting its final going-over. That was on July 10, 2017. Very dissatisfied with the service department letting my sales person know my car was ready, that I purchased. Re arranged schedule to go pick it up. Then 4 hours later get a call from sales person( not his fault), some genius in the service department decided they found somethings they needed to be addressed before I pick it up and it would not be ready. You would think EVERYTHING would be check and ready before the customer is called. I would not recommend the service department at Imperial. It is to bad because I had such a wonderful experience with the sales staff. I would recommend the dealer but not the service department.

My sales person Matt Roushia made my buying experience easy and pleasant. He answered any questions I had and took me seriously when negotiating to meet a price we could both agree on. The Finance department worked diligently to find me a lender that could keep my payments at what I was comfortable with. And my sales guy went over all my new functions with me in my new car so I didnt feel confused with anything driving off the car lot. All and all, I would highly recommend this dealership!

This week I visited Imperial Cars to look for a used car for myself. I found the perfect car I was looking for, a 2015 Jeep Renegade. From the minute I walked in the door, I was treated like royalty. My salesperson Maaz couldnt have been more helpful as he showed me around the lot for different vehicles matching the style and price I was looking for, before settling on the Renegade. Every aspect of my buying experience surpassed anything I could have expected before my visit. From taking care of all the paperwork involving registration, inspection and insurance on the vehicle, the professionals at Imperial had everything covered for me. I also received a complimentary lunch at their diner while waiting for some paperwork to be completed, and I must say, the diner was as much up to par as the rest of this entire organization. I must add that buying a used car may involve some slight imperfections in the vehicle. It so happened that this Renegade was in near perfect condition other than a very tiny ding on the drivers side door. I pointed this out to Maaz after I test drove the vehicle, and he assured me, along with the General Manager, that they would take care of the imperfection before I picked up the car. On arriving friday and being very excited to pick up my car, I examined the door and I couldnt even find where the imperfection in the door had been. Im not so sure other dealerships would go out of their way like that to satisfy a customer. I cant recommend this dealership any more highly. You are treated by everyone involved with great care and respect. Even after arriving back home on Cape Cod with my vehicle, Maaz phoned me and made sure I was happy with my purchase. For a great experience, no pressure selling, and from people who truly seem to have your best interest at heart, you need to greatly consider visiting this fabulous dealership for your next purchase.

This dealership was excellent in the purchasing of a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. The salesroom was clean and sales supervisor can direct buyer to a salesperson. Jim Burke was our salesman and he did a MAGNIFICENT job. He did not rush or pressure us in any way and spent a great deal of time answering our questions and concerns about our purchase. Jim made it seem that we could take as much of his time as necessary to test drive the car, ask questions, look at alternative vehicles and ultimately make a decision on the final value of our trade-in and new vehicle (Grand Cherokee). Today I finally sealed the deal at Imperial Dodge in Mendon for a new 2017 Durango SXT. I worked closely with the salesman Al Antolini for a few days. I have a history of keeping a car for a long time (10+ years) so I take my time during the buying process to make sure I get the right car and there are no "surprises". I asked a lot of questions and Al answered every one to my satisfaction. He also provided information that I wouldnt have thought to ask about. The thing I really liked was the fact that there was never any pressure. I have been looking for a nicer pre-owned SUV, and have visited and inquired online with a few other dealerships that offered very little help. Today was awesome! Ed Kelly spent time showing me around all of the showrooms and lots at the Imperial dealership on Rt 16 in Mendon. He was able to show me a great selection of pre-owned Ford Explorers, he let me drive them on the main road and on back roads so I could really get a feel for the vehicles. I went in dreaming of a nice explorer....I left with a beautiful 2016 Black, Explorer Limited with super low miles at a great price! Impeccable lot and buildings impressed me as I arrived. Test drive and bought exactly the vehicle I was looking for. I couldnt be happier with the sales crew. Dealt with Mark C, Santos C, and David M who bent over backwards to make me a customer. Constant communication start to finish working through any of the bumps you would expect from trading in a car for another. Jeffrey V in financing was one of the most pleasant people Ive ever dealt with. Was referred to see Joel at Imperial Jeep back before Christmas. Was in the market for a Jeep Wrangler Sport S used. They had a wide selection of vehicles in their lot all different models and colors. It was freezing and Joel took his time to show us around the lot and look at all of the Jeeps. They have a great showroom, waiting area, and even an awesome Diner to grab some food while you wait. After mentioning the options I wanted and negotiating prices, we decided to go ahead and order a 2017 Firecracker Red JK Sport S instead! From the time we left the dealership Joel had me updated with every step of the shipping and arrival process. It took about 5 weeks for the Jeep to arrive, got the paperwork/$$ taken care of within a few hours, and picked the Jeep up to enjoy for the weekend before we got snow! Joel was fantastic, answering any questions I had promptly and putting up with me being difficult lol Im glad I purchased my Jeep at Imperial, I went to a few other dealerships and had poor experiences and felt rushed. I will be going back to get work done on my Jeep through their maintenance department in the near future.

My niece was getting her license and we decided she should have my car, so I needed a new one quickly. I went into it with dread because I figured it would be a hideous day. It soooo was not. My salesman, Joel Cohen, was fabulous, friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly, low-key. I dont respond well to high pressure and he ended up being the perfect person for me to deal with. I got the car of my dreams for the price I wanted to pay without any hassle. And from there, they handled all the minutia for me, which was incredible because Im so busy. I love my car, I love Imperial, and I love my salesman. I cant imagine ever trading this gorgeous car in, but if that day comes, Ill be right back at Joels desk for another fabulous car-buying experience. Thank you, guys!!
