Bought a used truck and their extended warranty. Within the year the window on roof broke. They had us bring it to springfield then informed us that they will not cover the cost and our warranty would not either!! Then sent us a $45 bill for the springfield place. Stay away from Sarat Ford!

We appreciated that the dealer took the vehicle in the night before as there was a snow storm the morning of the appointment. One of the items fixed (navigation system) was disconnected on previous service.

I brought my dark gray Escape in for an oil change and tire rotation at 6 p.m. Everything went well except I always leave my headlights in the auto position, I never change it from auto. When I left your facility with all the overhead lighting in your parking lot and on the adjacent street, I did not realize my light switch had been changed and my lights were not on until I turned down a dark street about a 1/2 mile from your facility. This was dangerous to me and other drivers. If your service people change the setting on the light switch to test something they should put it back to the original setting or at least let the driver know that it was changed.

I think I wold have appreciated information about the newer F350 5.4 Triton relative to changes to the COP design which prohibit cross-firing of plugs due to pooled oil or water. Ill use a funnel when adding oil form now on, thats for sure. Thanks for the fast service. i look forward to the new service building.

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous unfortunately the service tech was unable to duplicate the problem with my hatchback not opening and closing properly. He checked for service bulletins but was unable to fix. Im still experiencing the problem but it still an intermittent occurrence. It might have something to do with the temperature affecting operation.

Was not a real problem. There are weep holes in Ford exhaust systems. I thought there was something wrong when I saw condensate coming out of the muffler. Still doesnt seem right to me but service says it is normal and by design.

I recently had to have my Explorer repaired at the body shop because of an accident. The work appears to be excellent -- as usual for Sarat. The staff was friendly and courteous. My only issue was that the repair work took longer than I anticipated.

Was having mercury Mountaineer serviced at the 155 thousand service interval and was thinking i would walk around the sales lot. Upon looking for a few weeks i finally Fell in love with the 2015 Escape,which we now drive. The Mountaineer was well passed its useful life as it was nickel and dimeing me to death. Sales person was very helpful and found the truck i was interested in at a mutually owned dealership. They let us have it overnight and the wife enjoyed the handling and the ease of driving. I truly love the vehicle.

Service was, as always, done in an expeditious manner and, this time, it was a "freebie" due to loyalty points..... Will buy another car at Sarat Ford. P.S. Middle of the road ranking for facilities that are undergoing renovation. Beside that fact, the service department was temporarily set up to make it as convenient as possible during the reconstruction.

In the future, it would be helpful for the service department to make sure that they put down something on the car mats to prevent grease getting on them. This is the second time that this has happened to me after getting my truck serviced. The first time was during my last service appointment after I had just put down my new car mats. I brought my truck back and they cleaned the mat, but it still wasnt like being brand new again. This time there were also grease fingerprints on the interior of the door. As Im very careful about the upkeep of my truck, just checking these areas and concerns before returning the vehicle to the customer would be greatly appreciated. I was happy with the customer service employees from arriving to leaving. They were very pleasant. I especially loved the new waiting area! More spacious. Thank you.

I have a 2014 Ford Escape. I brought it in to be serviced and detailed. They did an excellent job. The service girl Tricia Courchesne was exceptional. When I came to pick my car up she realized that service had not fixed the leak. She was very upset that the paper work got on her desk when the job was not complete. She went out of her way to take care of this problem got me a loaner car and kept my car to have it fixed properly. I can not say enough about Tricia. She has waited on me before and I just want you to know what an asset she is to your company. She is very professional, polite, and goes the extra mile to keep customers happy. I love the people, but third time for same issue that I have been charged for a $100 + each time because I have an extended warranty but the last time I brought the truck in ..I believe they should have done this from the beginning I would have saved myself at least 200 dollars. I am in the market for a 2nd vehicle I am not sure if it will be a Ford ..it will be used which I would get an extended warranty again but I would want something to be fixed right the first time

The new Lincoln dealership is beautiful. Eric was great as a salesman, he answered my questions, he was very patient and was able to help during my busy travel schedule. He never gave up trying to find the car I was looking for with the MKX. He allowed me to use various cars and even take the one I eventually purchased. I believe the dealership is still very new so things took a little while at times but overall I was satisfied.

I had a great experience while purchasing my new F150. The sales consultant I worked with was excellent. I never felt pressured into anything and he was very understanding when I had a tough time deciding on a specific truck to purchase. He had no issue contacting other dealers to try and locate me a truck with specific options. Ultimately I chose a new 2015 F150 that was on the lot and I couldnt be happier.
