After returning a rental car (we have always had great experiences in this department working with Casey. She has always been great to work with and established our comfort level from the start with this dealer), we happen to stop and take a look at the Jeep Wranglers that Bolles had on the lot before we left. We were approached by a very pleasant and courteous salesperson who introduced himself as Sage and asked if we had any questions. We spoke only for a short time as we had to leave for another engagement but took Sages card and went on our way. Over the next couple of days, we would call in to Sage with various questions regarding the Wrangler and always found him extremely helpful. Ultimately we returned to discuss a potential purchase. We were introduced to Scott, Sales Manager who turned out to be as helpful and low pressure as Sage. A few days later we were driving home in our new Wrangler having had one of the best and easiest car buying experiences we have had to date. We would highly recommend this dealer. All employees that we have met so far are pleasant, helpful and very approachable. Car negotiations were very easy and LOW pressure. The facility is nice and presents a very comfortable atmosphere. Being longtime residents of Stafford, we had never considered buying a car here previously, but are glad we took the few minutes to speak with Sage that first day. This dealer definitely ended up a pleasant surprise.

I bought a 2010 Dodge Dakota from bolles just over a year ago the sales staff couldnt have been better. I bought the truck with 42,000 miles and purchased an extra warranty. Not wanting any worries with repairs. Well just about a week ago the truck developed a skip. I made an appointment with the service department and they took me right in. Well I had only put 24,000 miles on the truck and they informed me I had a bad coil pack and needed all new sparkplugs at a cost to me over almost $500.00 dollars. It seems to me that if the truck was that close to needing a tune up that it should have been done prior to putting it on the lot. After all it was sold as a certified pre owned. I have an appointment to look at another certified pre owned car but will have some concerns that will need to be addressed when we meet this Saturday.

Stafford Springs Bolles has a group of good people who work hard to make things right. I purchased the first year of a new model vehicle and, as I anticipated, am working out the bugs. I purchased my Jeep from Bolles a couple of weeks ago and Im still shocked that they made this happen for me. I initially contacted them by email after seeing the jeep of my dreams online and their response was timely and professional. When I visited the dealership to test drive the vehicle everyone was willing to answer any questions I had and made themselves available to me for any questions. The best part is they did this in a zero pressure manner. I honestly felt they wanted to sell me the car but only if I felt the car was right for me. The difference is they put me first rather than making the sale the highest priority. Bravo! I knew in no time at all that this was going to be my jeep. When it came time to discuss finances they were fair and very willing to disclose all the numbers involved including openly discussing their profit on the vehicle which was very reasonable. We did haggle a little over my trade-in but again, it was a zero pressure haggle and in the end I was comfortable with the result. I live 1hr15min from the dealership and the sent a gentleman out to me to deliver my vehicle. He was top notch as well and sitting with him in the RI DMV waiting to register my car was a delight - he is quite the conversationalist and the time flew by. Regarding repairs, I wanted a factory remote starter installed so I drove back to Bolles to have them do the installation. They got it done much faster than I thought possible. The garage was orderly and obviously productive. While waiting I discussed some possible items I might purchase from the parts department. These gentlemen know their product and like everyone else at Bolles went out of their way to help me.

I recently purchased a 2014 Dodge Dart from Bolles. From the initial contact to the service afterwards, it was the best car purchasing experience Ive ever had. They bent over backwards to get me in for a test drive, and ensured I was equipped with a reliable courtesy car during a few upgrades I requested. Wife and I bought a new Dart a while back and it went in for service for the first time the other day. They where very nice and gave me the first oil change for no Charge. Hard to beat free. Spoke to the service writer about a minor issue with the fuel door cover and they ordered a new one an said they would call to make the repair. The only item that kept the entire process from being perfect was a misunderstanding about VIN etching the glass. Didnt want it but got it anyway. I would buy an other vehicle here again. Very good service.

Last month my fiancé and I made the drive from NH to the Bolles dealership to test drive one of their used vehicles listed on cars.com - from the moment we walked in the dealership the staff was welcoming and helpful. Having looked around at many other dealerships throughout New England we were thrilled with the pristine condition and state of the used vehicle we test drove and ended up purchasing the SUV on the spot. The Bolles team went to work processing everything and sent us off to have lunch and relax while the car was detailed. The cistomer Service was terrific and I have since brought the vehicle in for repair and they fixed it (under warranty) with no issue. my father is a trained licensed auto mech with over 30+ years of experience in the field. After i purchased my vehicle i took it to my dad to inspect and see if i needed anything fixed while it was covered in my warranty he found there were leaks with the intake manifold and radiator when i showed Bolles the problems, the owner told his service dept "they have to eat this loss" Ever since this statement was made their trained mechanics were "never" able to locate the problem. so my dad called and asked to speak to the owner when he finally did come to the phone he was very rude and disrespectful to my father called him all types of "dumb", clammed he didnt know what he was talking about and used very very very unacceptable language(what kind of owner bluntly disrespects his customers this way?" , which got me very upset because my father is a person of great morals and doesnt use inappropriate language. when i finally did receive my car back from them after their failed repair attempt i noticed there were deep scratches on my vehicle which prior to me bringing in the car were absent. I brought it to the service dept managers attention he called the dealerships manager over. He said they didnt do that and "never come back here again!" How can you say that to a customer, and one that is still under warranty at that. To make matters worse they supplied me with a loaner car that wasnt in the best driving condition it ticked, rattled, and shook ever since i pulled off the lot in the 2005 chrystler minivan. To be honest i found my car on this website but I would never ever buy something from here again neither will i recommend this dealer for their cars or services to anyone. On a positive note the salesman Ryan Sears is excellent its sad that he has to work for an establishment such as this one.

As a first time buyer I was really nervous and excited to be looking for a new car for myself. I was looking for a jeep that had a lot of specific details since I was buying a used vehicle. I did a lot of research and when Bolles had what I was looking for I was thrilled. I drove from an hour away and met with Brian Dermody. He was awesome, very laid back, no pressure kind of a guy, so I felt at ease when test driving and asking questions. This is our second purchase of a used car from Bolles. Our salesman, JJ, was very knowledgeable and their staff is professional and courteous. We went back to Bolles after purchasing our last used car there because they are 1) local and 2) had done us right with the first car we purchased there. We traded it in for a 2010 Toyota Corolla. I was a bit worried about the tires on the car being we purchased it in the winter and it looked like the original tires since the car had 24,000 miles on them. We were told they had at least 50% tread which they probably did but certainly were not winter-weather worthy. We should have asked to have better tires installed because within 3 days there was a snow storm and our car is now in the body shop for repairs. That aside, I still would recommend the Bolles team in Stafford; and will probably go to them once again when we need another vehicle.

My experience to date has been in having them service my used vehicle, which I purchased elsewhere. When it was purchased I also bought an extended warranty. Not too long after buying the vehicle it needed major repair. Bolles worked with me to resolve some issues that came up with warranty, plus suggested and executed a spare parts availability resolution that got my vehicle back to me soonest which also satisfied the warranty provider so that all of the extensive repair and necessary parts were paid for under warranty. Now we take the vehicle to them for normal maintenance, and they due a superb job, making sure its done right, and making sure to give it a good checkup each and every time, which helps us keep it in top operating condition.

I recently purchased a "slightly used" 2013 RAM 1500 Quad Cab 4x4 from Bolles. Even though they are more than 50 miles from my home, they had the vehicle I wanted. The entire shopping and buying experience was the best I have had in the nearly 50 years I have been buying cars! I added several factory accessories to the truck (side steps, mud flaps, hard tonneau cover, trailer brake controller) that were ordered and installed promptly. The salesman was courteous, accurate, and not pushy -- a genuinely nice guy. And it was the first time I have sat down with a finance guy who wasnt trying to get every dime he could. The owner himself even asked me if there was anything he could help me with. Overall, an outstanding experience!

I bought my Jeep Wrangler a year and a half ago, went in to just to inquire about a trade in and see what was available. By the end of the day I was signing papers. This is not to say I was pressured, quite the opposite. My sales rep, Ryan Sears, is a great guy to deal with. I would recommend him for those thinking about buying. The only issue I had with the sales transaction was the financial paperwork. I dealt with someone other than Ryan for this portion, this other guy did assist somewhat in the sales, and was nothing but helpful at that point. Everything was great until I declined the extended warranties offered. Then the mood changed, and it was more of a hurry up and sign and get out. I had to go back a week or so later because there was an issue with the vehicle (which I knew about when I picked it up) that they needed to take care of. I went into the dealership and the first person I saw when I walked in was this financial guy. I asked about the issue and he very curtly, in a condescending tone told me that was service issue, go see them! This was a week after my purchase. For 20 years previous I dealt with another dealership in town until they went out of business. I was ALWAYS made to feel like family by everyone there, sales, service, parts etc. The attitude I received from this one individual at Bolles was a surprise. Aside from that one individual, I have had no problems with the dealership. As for service, Ive only had oil changes and twice I brought it in for questions regarding features of the vehicle. Both times the service guy answered my questions with no problems, and in a way that didnt make me feel stupid for asking. Overall I would say its a great dealership and would recommend it to others, and I would buy from they again. Be warned though that if you decline the extended warranties you may see a sudden change in friendliness.

I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee, I am religious about getting my vehicle serviced, oil changed etc. Since I have had my vehicle I have brought it to Bolles Motors in Stafford CT. At the begining for simple oil chages there was no issue, however when I got a transmission serviced they forgot to perfom the full service and on the way home during rush hour my vehicle transmission stopped working in the middle of 84 east. I called the service Manager Tony at the time and he acknowledged it was their mistake. I brought it back for services and had a tire rotation, they did not place the tire back on correctly and my rear wheels were making a rattling noise. I brought it back after talking to the service manager Tony and again he acknowledged it was thier mistake. Most recently I got into my car and their were oil smears on my head liner which I still cannot get out. Finally this last service I received I dropped my vehicle off the night before to be completed on Saturday however it was not done until the last possible moment and I waited for an hour. This would not be too bad if they provided loaners to utilize but they do not. I have to get a friend or family member to take me and if I do not I have to rent a vehilce for $30.00. I love Jeeps, this one I own is my third one and I think they great vehicles. However experiences like this make me want to get a Lexus. I hear about the care my friend gets at his Lexus dealership makes me want to get one now! I have spent thousands of dollars at this dealership to get my vehicle maintained and they donot even wash it for you. Matter of fact its dirtier when it leaves the dealership then when I brought it in. It is hard for me to continue to go there but I want to support local business in my area and I am hoping that for once they will get it right. Again I am up in the air if I am going to get another Jeep after these experiences. I would recommend this dealership becasue I think they have potential if they change out some of the staff and get people who want to work.

Once I the deal was sealed and I purchase my Jeep, the sales man was disrespectful and rude throughout the rest of the process and every time I have contacted the dealership since. I have had a few minor issues with my Jeep & when speaking with the service department, they were rude, incredibly unhelpful and acted as if it was a complete inconvenience to do their job. The only saving grace at this dealership has been the manager, who has taken care of the issues that I have come across and assisted me in everything I have needed help with. If he could be in the sales department, the service department as well as being the manager Bolles would be a much better place. They need to invest in customer service training for their staff, because currently they are horrible!
