The truck was ready for pickup within one hour of my visit and the financing of the vehicle was processed very professionally and expedited without any "potholes". "Apparently An Email Response Is Too Much To Ask"
I saw this company via this site. I emailed them twice. The first email contained two inquiries about the car I was interested in. First I wanted to know if the car was still available. I was willing to pay cash for the car and asked if there was a "cash price" different from the listed price. Needless to say, they did not return my emails. They ask for an email address on their website "contact us" page, in addition to a phone number. It also asks which way you prefer to be contacted. I put in my work number, and my email, and noted I wanted to be contacted via email. Nothing. If the car is gone, fine. The least they could do is email me that its no longer for sale. I sent out a total of five emails to local (within a 2 hour drive from my home) dealers offering the same make/model car with different mileages. Of those, 4 got back to me, via email, by the next morning following my initial inquiry, answering my questions and offering to set up appointments for test drives. Not Alfano. Very disappointed in Alfano, but glad there are many other options/companies available who would like my business.

I am currently in the process working a deal with Alfano Nissan for a 2017 Nissan GT-R. Typically Customers tend to only leave reviews when it deals with trying to discredit a facility. I wanted to take some time to instead give credit and make sure the the public acknowledges what Alfano Nissan has to offer. Ive also taken the time to contact Nissan North America and extended my review to their consumer affairs Department. Please Keep in mind not only that I use to work in this industry I am also close friends with other Owners from different Nissan Dealerships. I will probably make a few individuals upset with this review, but knowing my personality and demeanor everyone will understand. Im an individual that tells it how it is regardless if it upsets some people along the way. Even though I purchased my current GT-R from a different dealer. I have to say Hands down that Alfano Nissan has so far been my best experience while purchasing a vehicle. This dealership for starters is family driven and very personable. They dont play the games as to "let me see what my manager can do" crap. They dont put you on hold so they can discuss things without you hearing. This dealership legit is the real deal. Alfano Nissan clearly wants to make deals while not taking advantage of their customers. Ive had a chance thus far to work with Kit, John & Dave Alfano. They have been very patient and worked with me while I have been trying to crunch numbers to make this deal work for the both of us. They have worked with me on the phone, E-Mail and even through text message. Zero pressure at all times and very understanding. Anyone in CT who is looking to purchase a Nissan I am highly highly recommending that you take a ride to Alfano Nissan. Actually Shop around and then go see Alfano LAST. I promise that you you will wish you made them your 1st Stop instead!

I had been in contact with Alfano Nissan for a month working out a price and a time to come down from Maine to test drive and purchase my 2013 Pathfinder Platinum. Drew Miller their internet salesman was very understanding through the process allowing me to put a deposit down on the vehicle because I was having a hard time making it down there because of work and it being a 4 hour drive from my location, i certainly didnt want to lose the vehicle. No one in New England could touch the price they were asking, well worth the four hour drive. Everyone else on their staff that I might upon arrival was also great, friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Time to open up a dealership in Maine guys! Thanks again for the great experience!
"High Employee Turnover Rate"
I have purchased two vehicles from this location and it is very bothersome to me that there is such a high employee turnover rate, it seems that every time I get an oil change the person I was dealing with before is no longer an employee there. Employees make promises to you and can never follow through because they are never employed there long enough. The sales process is very similar to other locations, their main goal is to get you to buy a car and like many others are not working in your best interest but in the best interest of themselves.

Service adviser and Assistant Service Manager were both rude and not helpful at all. I brought my vehicle in for service and I was told that a complimentary car wash came with the service, I said Wow, thats very nice. I asked if it was possible to have the inside of the windshield washed and they both told me NO and that they didnt have the man power to do so. I said even if I paid to have it done. They again said NO. I was taken back by this small thing and will never take my vehicle back to ALFANO NISSAN ever again nor buy a vehicle from them nor Recommend ALFANOS as a dealer.

Looking for something specific is always hard to find - unless you ask Alfano Nissan to find it for you. This buying process was the best experience I have had buying a car - and this is #11. I found Alfano to be courteous, knowledgeable and always got back to me when they said they would. They went out of their way to find the car I was looking for then worked with me to establish a price I was comfortable with. All I can say is if you are looking for a car - new or used - dont buy anything until you give Alfano Nissan a call. It will not be a waste of your time no matter the distance you travel and the experience will not frustrate you.

I walked in knowing I needed a vehicle, but had no idea what model ( Economy, 4x4, etc ) and was only vaguely familiar with the Nissan brand because my sister recently purchased an Altima. My salesman was sweet, kind, and very patient as he went out in sub-zero temperature to warm up vehicles for me to test drive. He picked me up from work at 10:15 am with a beautiful Maxima, I drove it to the dealership, filled out the initial paperwork, he dropped me back at work, came back at 4:00 and after signing more paperwork at the financing office, the car was officially mine. The whole process was stress free

I booked an oil change appointment with only one day advanced noticed. I asked that I be squeezed into the morning schedule. I was told it may take up to 45 minutes to get me in. I waited just under 30 minutes. Not only where you accommodating, but above and beyond the standards you had set. I really appreciate it!

I purchased a 2013 Rogue and was told that I should contact them for a free oil change when the first one rolls around. So I did....I was told that they do not give free synthetic oil changes even though they knew that was what my car took. I then wrote on their facebook page that they should not tell their customers of a service if they are not going to offer the deal to everyone. I just looked again, and within the hour they DELETED my comment and no one has been in contact with me. WOW, what great customer service! Kasie W, Farmington CT.

Have had good experience with dealership, until oil change. Was told by young lady that I have a loose swaybar on rear of car, on paperwork it says front of car. Took to two different mechanics they said nothing was wrong. Also, said I need wipers they are 1 week old! Certainly dont need wipers... As always very friendly. Gene in auto-body is the best! Truly cares about his work and the safety of his customers.

I had some trouble with another local dealer so I decided to give the alfanos a shot. I went to their Hyundai location and I decided that I would stick with a Nissan. So I went over and spoke to a sales person there and I thought I would give them a shot. So I went on a Saturday morning to take a look at the Altima and a sentra and they showed me the key differences between the two cars and I realized that the Altima fit all of my needs the best!!! So I decided to move further and get the vehicle, I spoke with the manager mike and he was a very nice guy and helped get me the best price possible. So we agreed on numbers and I met with ken, he helped me get my credit back on track and I will be able to enjoy my new vehicle with out worrying about any issues with my new vehicle. Ken was an absolute pleasure to work with and I will be staying with the Alfano family for all of my vehicle needs!
