We test drove 2 different engines, and then an older version of the car to see how it compared. When then put all three vehicles next to each other to figure out which I liked best. Dealer posted wrong model of Shelby from what was pictured. Should have been GT350 not GT500. No thank yous for me bring it to their attention. It was instead my fault and I must have miss-read the info from the add.

I decided to purchase my 4th vehicle from Wareham Ford as their service department saved my day with my last vehicle. I was getting ready to make a trip to Indiana when a power window fell down into the door. Don that does the service writing told me to come in and they would see what could be done. He had a mechanic rig the window up and I made me trip. This was dont just a few hours before we left. With service like that and the way I have been treated with my past 4 vehicle it was a no question that I would buy from them again.

Ware ham is and has always been excellent in servicing my cars.Always in a timely manner and everyone is polite. I owe a 2012 Ford Explorer and 2013 Taurus of which Im happy with both vehicles.

Brian at the service desk is my go-to guy. I feel he is always honest with me and is looking out for my best interest. When I have had an obscure problem with my car, he always goes above and beyond and gets the technician to do extra checks in order to keep me safe. While I did not purchase my used 2009 Lincoln MKZ from Wareham Ford, they have done all the service on it. I am very happy with the service department!

Excellent service, as usual. I have been a Ford owner for 62 years and have dealt with several dealers. I rate my experience with Wareham Ford equal to or better than any dealer I had dealings with. I think my "star" ratings above should be sufficient to indicate my satisfaction with the services rendered by Warehan Ford. On a scale from 1 to 10, with 10 being the best, I rate this dealership 10 plus. All comments after the first line, although true, was provided to meet the inane 50 character requirement of this survey.

I was attracted to a brand new 2014 C-max Hybrid, partly because the price had been slashed as it was more than a year since it had been available for purchase. For one who has been happily driving a magnificent 1993 Ford Taurus Show with about 130,000 miles on it, the C-max has been quite an experience. It uses no significant amount of gasoline, the engine is mostly soundless and the car has excellent acceleration. The only issue I have is that it may take weeks for me to figure out the entertainment systems and how to integrate the phone system with my cellphone! But eventually Ill have it all under control.

I recently purchased a 2012 off-lease Foed Escape. When I was unable to make my trailer lights work properly, I had the service folks check the car wiring. They also were willing to do a check of my old trailer and suggested I might have a wiring issue. Mechanic went out of his way to identify what ultimately was a failing trailer light .
