Champagne Motors is in a league of their own when comes to selling cars. I was looking for a Nissan GTR for close to 6 months and every dealership I contacted responded with either an automated email or a rude salesman who for some odd reason just didnt seem to want to make a sale. I was pre-approved with a check in hand just waiting for the right car. When contacting Champagne Motors I got a NON automated response from none other than Ken Champagne himself. We spoke via email until we came to a fair number for the GTR I was interested in and went from there. Then Ken inquired about my financing and I told him that I had a great rate with a credit union and I thought he would be hard pressed to beat it, well he beat it nonetheless. When I came to pickup the car I was greeted by Gus who completed the sale with the same honesty and transparency that it had started with. I thank Ken and Gus very much for my new toy and I will be back for my next one.

The best car buying experience I have ever had. I didnt feel pressured, or overwhelmed. My sales person, Joe, was wonderful and I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in there. The best part was the price negotiation occurred with Joe yelling figures across the room to the owner Kenny and he casually throwing out numbers (good ones) to me. Even the appraisal for my trade in took about 10 minutes and it involved the two of them walking out to my car and looking at it. . Plus..I bought it without my husband there! My wife and I came to Champagne Motorcar Company today and purchased a 2015 Honda Odyssey with the help of Joe. I can honestly say that this car buying experience was the best that I have ever had. I was not followed around the dealership, I was not talked to like I knew nothing about the process, and there simply was no pressure. In todays day and age most of the car buying process is started online. I had been looking for over a month and when I found this vehicle I knew it wouldnt last. It is refreshing to have a dealer in the area that is fair and treats people with respect. We even traded in our current vehicle, and we were offered exactly what I asked for it. No haggling, no back and forth with a manager, just a good process. Joe made the process extremely comfortable and was very attentive to our time. Kevin the finance manager was straight to the point, and attentive as well. I was pleasantly surprised when Joe said that they would deliver the car to us as well! "Horrible Dealership"
What a terrible experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Drove an hour and 20 minutes to look at this car. Told the salesman I wanted it. Offered a deposit and he told me just call him back to let him know I wanted the car. Called 5 times during the week to make sure the car was being serviced and I would be up Saturday to pick it up. Called Friday spoke to the owner he never even bothered to call me back after he told me he would check. Called Saturday morning to make sure the car was ready and he tells me someone else is looking at it. Halfway up on another 1 hour & 20 minute ride, he calls me back to tell the car was sold to someone else. What a terrilbe dealer and horrible way to do business. Told me his sales people need to feed their families. Guess it was ok to take the commission away from the salesman that sold me the car. What a TERRIBLE owner!!!!!!! I would never set foot in this dealership again.

The deal was written up quickly and went well. Then when it was time to pick up the car...... It was supposed to be ready Minday or Tuesday. By Wednesday, I finally called. The salesman was busy. No one else offered to help me. My messages were never returned. I was a returning customer but if this is how they do business I wont go back. Make sure you get a promise in writing of when they will deliver your car. I am now on my way down there to sit in the dealership until they give me the car I paid for.

Bought an Infiniti FX45 from Champagne motor that I have been shopping for for a while. Fernado was my sales rep and he was very professional and straight forward about the vehicle. After test driving the vehicle I notice it needed some work and they promised to fix everything we agreed on, so I made a deposit and when I came back from Maryland the following week I flew in to CT and I was picked up at the airport by the dealers driver Don who was on time, very professional and a great driver ;-). When we arrived at the dealership the car was clean and all the work they promised was done and the paper work was ready to go. Took about 25 mins to do all the paper work and I was on my way. I didnt purchase my Chevy Cobalt through this dealership, however, after i purchased it the evap system began leaking gas! I brought it to the mechanics at Champagne Chevrolet. They ordered the parts, fixed my car for a fair price! All the guys were very nice, respectful, excellent customer service. I actually had to bring it back today because a clip holding up the line was rusted. Walked in they took my car right in! 5 minutes tops! They replaced the clip and sent me on my way! Id recommend to others for their repairs. Friendly! Theyve definitely gained a customer!

Well, based on all these amazing descriptive reviews I made the beautiful drive up to CT last week. Upon arrival this dealership blew me away. Large, open, tons of cars to look at. Everyone was friendly, happy to help & completely professional. Nice, clean sales area as well a lounge area for repair service. I had been in contact with George Pasiakos the entire week prior to arrival. He promptly answered all my vehicle questions. Including out of state purchase. out of state? no problem they provided me with 30 day dealer tags! Very knowledgable, patient and no pressure. Such a pleasure to have this buying experience. Buying a car can be stressful and George made everything easy. Full disclosure on the vehicle, carfax report etc. made me feel safe purchasing here. This dealership specializes in finding hard to get cars with loaded options. They had the only car in my 500 miles radius that had the options i wanted. Yes, I was looking for that needle in a haystack and they had it! They fully serviced the vehicle prior to my arrival, even put on new tires and gave me a new battery! I may have purchased a used Yaris but it drives like a dream. The extra service impressed me. They have an expert repair shop on site, which is another plus. I live 12 hours from this dealer. I owned a 2008 Jeep Compass Rallye and was looking for the identical car with less mileage for my son. Champagne Motors had a 2007 Jeep Compass Rallye with only 27000 miles. I worked out a trade over the phone with Ernie Cagle (Senior Sales Rep). They had my trade picked up and shipped to their location and had new car shipped back to me. Champagne had already did a once over on the 2007 and did some minor repairs like brakes, new tires, etc. to make sure that once the car reached me there was nothing for me to do except get in and drive. My son will love the new car. Ernie stated in constant contact with me by phone and email throughout the entire process. If you need a car give Ernie a call he did a great job for me.

I live 2 hours away and didnt have a car, they drove all the way to my house and picked me up to buy a car, that I hadnt even seen yet, meaning if I didnt buy it they would have driven me back home (amazing service). The car was in fantastic shape, and after a test drive I bought the car. The paperwork took all of 10 minutes and I was out the door. About a week later I got to use the windshield wipers for the first time and noticed they needed to be replaced. They covered the new wipers for no charge. Great experience, would recommend to anyone looking for a hassle free easy purchase.

I bought a 2011 Mustang GT a few years ago from Champagne and was looking to trade it in recently. I figured Id check Champagne again and see what they had for sale and I found an amazing 2015 Taurus SHO with all the options you can ask for. It was priced fairly, so I had to make another visit across the LI Sound. After seeing Ernie again and test driving the Taurus, I was definitely sold. I came back a week later and traded in the Mustang I originally bought (which was also absolutely mint when I bought it). Ernie and Kevin bought out my lien with a little extra equity and also helped me get some money back on the aftermarket warranty I purchased for the Mustang. This has been the best dealership I have visited and I will say, for sure, the best dealership I will ever visit. Kenny seeks out mostly "rare" cars as in fully loaded, high performance, rare options, etc. The cars Ive seen him take in and sell are amazing, including both the Mustang and Taurus. The only unfortunate part about it is that I may not get another chance to buy or trade another car at Champagne. I plan to keep this one!

"Outstanding Pre-owned Vehicle Experience"
I was researching area offers for a good, lightly used Nissan Xterra and found a listing for a 2012 PRO-4X model with the uncommon option of a 6 speed manual transmission at Champagne Motorcars. The vehicle was listed at a price that was pretty much in line with area pricing. I called to get a look at it and arranged a time with Joe Casoni. Took a test drive and found the vehicle to be in excellent condition, with a couple minor scratches that had been repaired with touch-up paint. I crawled under the vehicle to inspect some key areas and was satisfied with my inspection. I expressed interest but needed a bit of time to make my decision. Joe was great - no pressure, just a willingness to work with me. I returned a couple days later and drove the vehicle again - I was a bit leery because it had been several years since my everyday car had been a manual transmission vehicle. Again, Joe was great, although he was a bit surprised when I pulled out my OBDII code scanner and asked to plug it in. While surprised he had no problem with letting me check the vehicle. It showed no issues whatsoever. We took another drive and it was obvious that I had not completely forgotten driving a manual transmission vehicle. This vehicle "fit" me so well I decided it was time to talk purchase. Back at the dealership I was introduced to Ken Champagne. He explained the dealerships concept of acquiring and offering pre-owned vehicles with unique features and uncommon manufacturers packages. We discussed details of the purchase. We negotiated a bit on price and a slight adjustment was made. I mentioned that the tires were somewhat worn, and it was agreed that a NEW set of tires would be installed. We discussed a trade on my vehicle and, without seeing it, Ken came up with an offer that I thought was fair based on age and mileage. He did say it was contingent on seeing the trade vehicle, but his estimated value was fair. I agreed to the deal. A few days later I came back with my wife to pick up the vehicle. It was ready to go, after installation of the new tires and a final inspection by the repair department. There was no debate over the offered trade value - it was confirmed quickly. We completed the paperwork quickly and efficiently, and the vehicle was mine. It has now been over 90 days since the purchase. I cant offer feedback on the service department because there have been ZERO issues with this vehicle. But I can say this was the best car buying experience in my 6 decades of living. Everything was straightforward, honest, and professional. No sleazy high pressure tactics, no lies about what would be thrown in", no running back and forth to the "sales manager" to debate pricing. And this vehicle suits my style better than anything I have ever owned. All in all, I cant imagine a better buying experience. I will continue to recommend a trip to Champagne Motorcars to anyone looking for a solid pre-owned vehicle with a "twist" in OEM configuration.

I found my BMW 4 series at Champagne Motorcar Company in CT and I couldnt be happier with the efficient process. I was looking for a 2014 BMW 4 series in Estoril Blue with the M Sport package, which was very hard to find. This dealership had the exact car I was looking for so I made the trip one night during the week to look at it (150 mi). This dealership has several exotic cars on their lot (very tempting!). George and Kevin did not mind staying open late for us which we REALLY appreciated. The car was exactly as described. We were aware of a few scratches on the bumper, which they were happy to fix for us, and the car looks absolutely flawless. George stayed in touch with me and sent me updates daily, which made the whole process to easy and worry-free. At one point, I told George I would stop bothering him with questions and he replied "Dont worry, Its my job!" Initially, I was hesitant to use a dealership so far away but I received better customer service with Champagne Motorcar (150 mi away) than dealerships I have used which were 10 minutes away. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know. My car was delivered to me in NJ a few days later, looking perfectly clean and shiny with a full tank of gas! :]

This was, hands-down, the best buying experience I have had at a car dealership (and I have purchased many cars from many different dealerships -- including the big name ones). Due to the fact it was a bit of a drive for me, I asked if I could get a sense of the trade-in value on my car over the phone. The guys were very accommodating and willing to do a lot of the initial legwork over the phone. That great service continued while we were in the dealership. I would not hesitate to go back.
"Quick, Honest, And A Satisfying Process"
I came in after inquiring about a used civic. The last time I bought a car the sales guys at Herb Chambers were very "unsure" about the quality of the vehicles they were selling so I did an interior and exterior exception. The vehicle was in great shape for the sticker price already. Fernando and Ken had bulletproof background on the vehicles they sell. Fernando helped me through the finance portion of the deal very quickly and Ken was adamant about keeping the discussed price which was stellar. Ive honestly never dealt with people that loved their jobs as much as these guys. They gave me a great interest rate that as well on the car.

"Yes, It Really Was Like This...."
OK, so I never write reviews unless it is really warranted. This one, I couldnt resist..... My wife and I were shopping for a car; were really considering a new (different) one for her, as my son had just taken one of our cars to college. She found Champagne motors through an internet search and asked me to meet her there. George Pasiakos/Sales was assisting her when I arrived. I was pleasantly surprised with George.....good personality, seemed very transparent. strong product knowledge, and extremely helpful through the entire visit. I dont trust "car salespeople"....normally. I found George to be quite different and truly helpful to make sure all questions were answered. George - I will buy my next car from you. Kenny Champagnes lot has very nice cars, low mileage on many, and EVERY one of the people we met there were all very genuine. In todays environment, it is tough to find the GOOD PEOPLE.....truly, this set our car shopping experience apart with the team at Champagne. Thanks all.....
"Not Your Typical Car Buying Experience"
Im not normally someone that takes the time to post a review but I felt my experience was exceptional at Champagne Motors. They have a great selection of lightly used cars that are all at very reasonable pricing. Whenever I look at the dealer reviews I always read the bad ones so I can get an idea of the worst case scenario I could be walking into. One of those said owner Kenny Champagne had a big ego and got in their face and made him seem had to deal with. That could not have been further from the truth. Unless you think knowing what your talking about, cutting to the chase, being honest, and working hard to make the deal work for all parties is egotistical then thats not Kenny. Everyone in the dealership was extremely personable. Fernando, even though hes a Dolphins fan, was awesome to deal with both over the phone and in person. He took great care of me and made sure I always knew what was going on with my car. When I came up to look at the car he gave me all of the freedom I needed to make a good evaluation of the car but was also very knowledgeable and there for any questions I had. Kenny helped put the deal together and secure the financing. He gave me a very reasonable offer for my trade and wiggled everything around to make the deal work for everyone. He was also able to get me everything I was looking for in the financing piece as well. After we had the deal they took my car and put it through a rigorous inspection (which got me 4 new tires) and to the body shop to get one ding and a couple scratches out. Although I wasnt sure exactly how it would look when I picked up the car, it looked even better than I anticipated. They made sure it looked great and they even took the car to get the windows tinted for me so I would not have to deal with it after I picked up the car. I also had a good experience with Kevin going through all of the paperwork at the end. He made it quick and painless while giving me all of the necessary information. I cant say enough good things about my experience. I would highly recommended Champagne to anyone looking for a slightly used luxury car. It was well worth the over an hour drive and Im confident if you check them out they will earn your business. I know Ill be back! Thanks again Champagne!

Blown away by the care and friendship displayed to me in landing a 2005 Jeep Liberty with low miles. it had just come to Champagne the night before and i called and caught it right. Between the courtesy extended, the trade-in on my older car, pricing and detailed corrective measures made without my knowledge, i could not be happier with the experience with Ken and Ernie at Champagne Auto. A referral from a great friend landed me there, but it was truly an uncommon experience to say the least. In looking at the inventory there, the last vehicle you would expect to see is the 2005 Jeep Liberty, however, Kens keen eye on a value was right on target and i am truly glad to have made the deal. While the Bentley in the showroom was gorgeous, i was able to find the right car for my needs and the staff at Champagne took care of many diagnostic issues and made me feel like i had bought the Bentley. I cannot say enough about my experience with Champagne Auto and highly recommend anyone with nice Used car interests to contact Ken and Ernie at Champagne, -Andy Lerner
