I honestly cant say enough about how wonderful our experience was and will actually be mailing a letter to the owner to commend the whole team at the Watertown buick gmc. On this survey, I will again just reiterate how wonderful my finance and I were treated. Our salesman Matt Burks was honestly a pleasure to work with and made the salesman from the other dealerships seem less than adequate in terms of his knowledge of his product, his excellent attitude and demeanor, and his ability to gauge our needs and meet them to get us in the truck we wanted. Also Kyle the manager was always enthusiastic, friendly and welcoming and a seems to bring a great energy to the watertown branch. He was so helpful and we could never thank him enough either. Honestly one of the best experience making a major purchase I have had. Everyone in the dealership went above and beyond. The rest of the staff was also great, specificly we met Ed in financing and a women named Rena. Both were very kind and friendly.

It was a pleasure working with both Peter Micalizzi and Kyle Zehring on January 16, 2015. I purchased a brand new white 2014 Buick Verona and I traded in my pewter-brown 2002 Ford Mustang Convertible. Peter gave me the undivided attention that day as we test drove the car and went around town. He was unhurried in his demeanor, calm in his cadence, answered all my questions that he can to my satisfaction, and referred those that he couldnt, and explained things in detail that made sense to me. He was courteous and respectful in greeting and tone. He was polite on the phone and respected timelines and observed schedules. He made sure that all available resources were offered and extended to me. One of the greatest deeds he ever did for me was when told me all about the OnStar app in iPhone. It allows me to start my car even while I am still seeing and treating patients in my office. Mr. Kyle Zehring is the epitome of a true businessman. He is matter of factly in dealing with me but remained friendly, maintained professional courtesy, respected points of views, and had an award winning smile all the time. He made sure that I get a very good deal that worked well within my budget. I truly was a very happy customer as soon as I drove my brand new Verano the very next day. Thank you both for being so patient with me. I will make sure to tell my brothers who are also shopping for a car to consider going to Buick GMC of Watertown!

I had made an appointment for 9:30 A.M. about a week before, but when I received an automated message that my time was 10 A.M. a week, I called the service department and explained that the time apparently was changed without my approval from the time I originally booked. The person I spoke checked and was able to "adjust" the time back to the original "9:30 A.M.". I then reviewed with the service agent what I was bring my Terrain in for; an oil change, tire rotation (if needed) and front and back windshield wipers. I brought the car in for the appointment and it was brought to me around 11:00 A.M., but I noticed on the invoice that the back windshield wiper blade wasnt replaced. I pointed that out to the service guy and he called and had the wiper installed. I thought everything was handled well and efficiently over all. Id also like to review a service appointment on previous date. I had made an appointment on or about October 24 for my wifes Saturn wagon. I told the service rep at that time that she needed front and back winter blades and 4 good all-season tires. We scheduled an appointment for 9:30 A.M. on October 30. When I arrived on the 30th, I met with the service manager and chose the tires for the car. Within 20 minutes or so, he came back and apologized that the tires he thought were in stock werent and they were going to pick the tires up, saying they should have the tires shortly. That was around 10:00 A.M. Not long after that, I was approached by another service rep asking if I needed a car to use. I accepted, and brought a loaner down the road for an early lunch and was back in about 45 minutes. Around 1:30 or so I checked on that status of the car and was told that the tires had come in and 2 tires were on the car. By 2:30, an employee in the trailer, asked why I was still waiting; she surely saw that I was upset with waiting for 5 hours. I explained what had happened and what I was told. She kindly pursued the matter for me and within 45 minutes, I finally had my car. When I picked up the car, the service manager thanked me for my patience. As much as I appreciated the kind words, I was surprised that there was no apology for the delay. You may wonder why it took so long to say anything. The reason is for every service Ive had with Buick GMC of Watertown, there was always a "how did we do?" emailed to me . . . every time except the call for October 30th. Overall, my experience with Buick GMC of Watertown has been excellent. The reps are polite and the service outstanding. I also realize that some things are beyond ones control, but I also feel that waiting over 5 and one-half hours for service is excessive and hope not experience that again. He told me they did not have a loaner to take. I expressed my frustration and he made it work. I got the loaner and 2 hours later my car was done.

My sales experience was very pleasant at Buick GMC of Watertown. My sales representative, Billy Heckel, was very friendly and went above and beyond to make my buying experience pleasurable. He was very patient and helpful, and thoroughly explained all the vehicle options and details. He has even followed up with me several times to ensure I didnt have any additional questions or concerns. Kyle and Ed from the finance department were also very helpful and informative throughout the lending process. Also, the sales manager, Joe, who initially answered my call the day of the sale, ensured the vehicle I was interested in was still available and that it would be ready for me to see upon my arrival. Buying a new vehicle is usually stressful. Thanks to the great employees at Buick GMC of Watertown, it was stress free and a wonderful experience from start to finish. I love my new Sierra 1500.

My only regret is not having gone to them first! Ill never buy a car anywhere else and will always recommend people to GMC of Watertown. Both Joes and Kyle were great! They talked to me like an actual human being and not giving me the broken record sales pitch. No I dont work there and no, I wasnt asked to say these things. I purchased my car over a year ago and yet when I come to Buick GMC Watertown, I am greeted by NAME and engaged in conversation, like I matter! What a concept!!!! In todays world, with the lack of customer service across all areas of retail, this is a most refreshing experience. The owner himself is most friendly and even offered me pizza to lunch along with the team!!! Such small gestures but, extremely meaningful in this day and age. Great customer experience. Facility is being remodeled however, the temporary facility was clean and welcoming.

What currently amazes me is that this dealership has been ongoing a long drawn out remodel, and the service team is working in an environment that one would call a hole in the wall.
