Have been unable to send a customer feedback since I am not on Facebook or have Google mail. However, without the prompt service from Scott Bellinger(Service Advisor) and the Jackson service technicians, I might not be back on the road but stuck on the side of it! This same problem was brought to the attention of another authorized dealership where I originally had purchased my vehicle and they were lax in their response. (This was a month prior to going to Jackson before the July 4th holiday. Scott Bellinger is a refreshing addition to your service staff. He is well versed in dealing with the public and is very professional and courteous in handling customers concerns. I was able to see his interaction with 2 other customers while briefly waiting in your customer lounge. I was about to go off on a six hour road trip and was put at ease when their service dept. fixed the problem. I would definitely return to Jackson Chevrolet for my vehicle service needs, or perhaps when I trade in my little yellow Chevy Aveo in the near future.

After having walked out of several Chevy dealerships in the area completely frustrated and disappointed in the lack of respect in previous weeks, I visited Jackson Chevrolet for the first time. I arrived with my potential trade in vehicle and a wad of cash in pocket as I had done previously at other dealerships. My initial contact was General Sales Manager Salvatore Scata who politely listened to my previous experiences and became intent on providing me a good experience as opposed to bad. He had Sales consultant Bill Makos answer all my questions and show me a vehicle I was interested in. Bill was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk with and provided a no pressure/no stress atmosphere which resulted in a sale. From there it was business Manager Kevin LoSaccos turn to impress a new customer. Kevin not only managed the mountain of paperwork that is inherent with any vehicle sale with ease, but he also worked hard at securing financing that beat the APR of the pre-approved loan I had secured through my own bank. In short, I had a great experience with Jackson Chevy from start to finish and could not be happier with making my purchase through them. I started off emailing several dealers to get the best price to factory order my 2017 Camaro SS. Sal from Jackson Chevy ended up beating most other dealerships best price by $1000. I was then passed to Joe to work with me throughout the ordering process. Joe took care my questions, concerns, and any requests I had. He even found me extra rebates that his usual customers wouldnt get due to where I live. He didnt need to do this but Im glad he took the extra step. Overall, a pleasant experience, met some cool people, and got a good price.

Me and my wife made a appointment to see a car and we pulled up they had the car running and ready for us with dealer plate on ready to go. Our salesman Andrew was great he was very polite and very knowledgeable of all the specs on the car and what everything did on the car. He went over the whole buying process so we didnt have any questions leaving and wasnt pushy like your normal salesmen couldnt have asked for a better staff and service!

Walk in to the shop and greeted by a very pleasant girl. Wait about 4 minute before my salesman come. The dealer shop are very clean ans all staffs are friendly. They even lend me one of their car to drive home to get some docoments. Test drove the car and tier pressure warning came up, and Matt my salesman keep going up and down to their service department to make sure its were fix before i take it home. My first car buying experiance and Ill tell you, eventhough the car been sitting in their lot for a while they did not pressure you into buying it. There were no pressure aura coming from them. There are so many positive things about this dealer but thats coming from me. Go experiance it yourself.

Bill our salesman was very accommodating, and not pushy. We told him what my exact needs were and he did not try to up sell us. The only downfall was we were not told in advance the down payment needed to be a bank check so it meant a trip to the bank and an extra trip on their part to finish the transaction. They did however, make it easy by coming to us after we got the check.
