Was very satisfied with the entire process. My salesman, Randy (with whom I will be doing all my business with in the future) has extremely good product knowledge and is the best. Immediately he started describing all the discounts I could get on the vehicle so I didnt have to argue and haggle on price. In addition to getting a killer deal, he fully explained all the features on the truck so I would have no questions after leaving. He helped me hook up to onstar and Bluetooth seamlessly. Following that, the finance manager went to several banks and got me the best loan possible. Then, I went to the parts and service department (I ordered additional parts to bolt on) and Gus (the service manager) showed me around and made sure I was taken care of and my parts were put on in a timely manner. I am naturally bitterly skeptical of dealerships, and essentially never write good reviews, of dealers or any other businesses, simply because I cant afford to take the time. That being said, I have been through the shopping/buying process at some 30+ dealerships, and Valenti is a singularly excellent dealership, enough so that I am compelled to submit this review. My process was not without some confusion and miscommunication, but whenever I voiced concerns, Valentis response was so thoroughly excellent and endearing, that it raised the whole of the buying experience to a level that I have never seen any business achieve, before or since. My extended family is located in Connecticut, and I was so motivated by my experience there that I have made it a point to go out of my way to refer every car buying member to Valenti. I personally do not live in CT, but in the future, I will undoubtedly shop Valenti first, regardless of the distance.

A huge shout out to the folks at Valenti Chevrolet. My wife and I just bought a 2015 Chevy Malibu from them. Three things that were impeccable in regards to their service. 1) Their level of professionalism. Both Obed Santiago (sales) and Christopher Champagne (finance) were top notch in both their knowledge of product, efficiency, and the way they valued us as customers. 2) They were accommodating. This was the first time I have ever made a purchase this big. I had a lot of apprehensions and was worried about the finance. They helped us find a plan that worked for us. Not to mention gave us a modest trade in value on our very used car. 3) They were genuine. It’s easy to be nice when your trying to sell a product, but these guys went a step beyond being nice. They were sincere and backed it up with follow up. There dedication to us as customers went beyond the point of sale. We live in Rhode Island so there were some logistical things to work out. With this, the communication line continued to stay open. Chris responded almost immediately when I had questions and contacted me frequently with information. I also got a personal thank you from the owner of Valenti. I am pretty sure a lot of dealers leave that out. They just really enjoy selling cars. Its what they do. Conclusion. They made my first car purchase a joy. I feel good about it. And when you are making payments on a car every month you want to feel good. A big thanks you to the folks at Valenti. We just purchased our second car from Valenti Chevy in Wallingford, CT and as before are extremely pleased. It started last week when I had to bring my 2014 Chevy Cruze in for service because of a check engine light and squealing. They looked into the problem and found that a bulletin had been put out by Chevrolet and got right to work fixing the problem. It was going to take a couple days, so they immediately arranged for a loaner for the weekend and paid for it. I had been thinking about replacing my wifes car for some time because she had a 12 year old car withy over 200,000 miles on it. The dealer had a couple 2016 Chevy Cruzes on the lot with fabulous discounts, so I told our salesman, Bill Anastasia, that I would bring my wife in on Monday when I returned the loaner and picked up my car. On Monday, Bill had the Cruze ready to go, but as soon as my wife sat in it, he could tell she was not comfortable in it, and invited to go back to his desk and talk about what she needed. As we had previously discovered when we bought my Cruze 2 years ago, there was no pressure to go into any particular car, but rather Bill wanted to find out what my wife needed in a car and then made a couple suggestions and let her decide. Even though they didnt have any on the lot, my wife liked the idea of the 2016 Chevy Spark, so Bill found one at another dealership that was about the same price as the discounted Cruze and arranged to bring the Spark to Valenti from Massachusetts. We went home knowing full well Bill was looking out for our best interests. When we returned on Friday, my wife saw the car as soon as we pulled in the lot and immediately fell in love with it. It was the perfect car for her and when Bill showed her the details on the car, we knew it was absolutely right for her. Chris Champagne again arranged the financing and got us the best rate available. We drove away that night with out new car at a great price and payments that worked great for our budget and perfect coverage. When we got home, we realized, we couldnt find the back seat buckles, but it was too late to call the dealership, so we waited until the next morning. As soon as I told Bill, his first reaction was to have us bring the car back and he would make it right. He was waiting for us when we got back on Saturday morning, and when I showed him that the buckles couldnt be found, he discovered why and fixed the problem immediately. We are extremely pleased with the personal attention we always receive from this fabulous dealership especially Bill and Chris. We know that they will always do their absolute best for us because it is more important to them to build a long lasting relationship than to make a quick sale. We will always return to Valenti Chevy for all our vehicle needs, and have recommended others to Valenti who have also made out well.

This was the best experience ever. I worked with Ed Boganski and with my crazy schedule most of the was done over email. No crazy haggling and back and forth; bottom line and respected exactly what I was looking for in a new car. Test drove the car and there was no additional pressure, all was in my hands. That night I decided to put a deposit on the car. I had to wait a bit to get the car in order to receive the incentive deal, but Ed was great in providing a rental car to me so I wouldnt go over the miles on my current lease. I came in with pre-approved financing from my credit union at a certain rate and they helped to find me an even better rate from a competing institution. Although I was able to leave at the end of the day with my new (used) car, I was hanging around the dealership for hours as we got all the paperwork in order--not a good day to forget to eat breakfast! Bill has followed up with me by phone call to see if everything is going alright with the car. Some might find that annoying, but I think it shows a true dedication to customer service for such a huge purchase. On top of A+ customer service, the technician working my vehicle emailed me a video of my vehicle during the repair process and gave an overall health assessment of my vehicle.
