Just purchased my "new" CPO car. Dealing with Jose and Bill was actually a fun experience. They were totally professional, friendly and treated us with utmost respect. I recently lost my 2016 Forester car keys at Aldis, a Danbury, CT. super market, , which has no phone, about 20 miles from my NY home. Fortunately the car was a short distance from my Subaru dealer. A good Samaritan drove me home, but the car had to remain in the parking lot overnite.The next day, thanks to Subarus Roadside Assistance, the car was towed to Subaru, and the work to replace the keys and the dashboard computerized lock system was estimated and parts were ordered. Art Azzarito,, the Service mgr, advised me of the extremely high costs involved and said before he started, he would send someone to the market on the chance that the keys were found. THE KEYS WERE FOUND, thanks to Arts diligence and care. He is to be highly commended for his extremely kind and thoughtful act! And putting the customer first! I will write to Subaru Hdqrts in Cherry Hill, NJ to report my very stressful experience but with the happy ending. Needless to add, I am having duplicate keys made.

He replied, "YES". guess what, few weeks later i receive the alert from Expedian saying that i have "4" Hard inquires on my credit. All Car Loan Banks that Colonial ford uses, Thanks COLONIAL FORD, Never again!!!!

I purchased a 2016 F150 Super Crew Lariat 4x4. Sales person was excellent throughout without being pushy or high pressure. Business manager was good too. On the super plus side the service dept went out of their way to install some additional equipment Id ordered for the bed - they did some impromptu, extra effort to make things work even better - effort that was not required! All in all, a top notch operation so far.

As always Colonial Ford has put the customer 1st. My Son had to bring in my truck and he needed to get to Class . They found s few issues and even needed to change the brakes and they took care of it all with time to spare. As well the agent accidentally charged for the oil change which is part of our Lease. Once realized he issued a whole new credit and charged the correct amount. Anyone one else would have just billed me and walked away. Thank you. Being a single mom of 4 boys Every penny counts. Working with Bill the sale person was good. We brought a 2013 f-150 nice truck, all was fine until we signed the papers and drove off the lot. We were 5 miles down the road and my son notice a crack in the upper right corner of the windshield. I called Bill that day and was told that the truck was pre certified so it was my problem. I ask for the manager to call me, I have called back a number of times and left a message to call me and still after a week no call back from Colonial Ford.
