From the moment I walked into the showroom I felt comfortable. Morgan was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at and made the whole process super easy. His team was fluid and efficient. He called me at 11:00am to tell me about a Chevy Cruze that was available. He asked if I could be there by 1:00pm and I was home in my driveway at 2:55pm with my new car. Perfect experience.

My salesman was pape and his apprentice Austin. They got me into my dream truck. The gmc 1500 sierra denali with the denali ultimate package. Pape made the process so easy and simple and gave me nice trade in on my 7 year old tacoma. I plan. From the moment I arrived I was warmly greeted and immediately taken care of. Mike is wonderful. He explained what was going to be done. And even noted there was a new recall on my vehicle that had just come out the day before my visit. My daughter and I waited in the lounge area and had a delicious cup of coffee. Mike came and got us when we were done. Explained the recall was not necessary because we had the right trailer hitch installed. And we were on our way! I drive almost 2 hours from Kingston, NY for my 2015 Chevrolet Colorado to be serviced. Even if its only an oil change. I feel valued and appreciated by the Service Dept. I wouldnt go anywhere else!!

This is the third vehicle we have bought from Ingersoll (2 new and 1 CPO) and every time the experience has been great. We have always worked with Bob Laber who has been great and doesnt put a lot of pressure on us. Originally I was only looking at the Ford F150 and Toyota Tundra but started thinking about the dealers and where I have had great experiences so decided to look at the GMC as well. I would say that the dealership is the primary reason I ended up buying the GMC over the Ford.

I live in Kingston, NY and I drive an hour and 45 minutes for service at Ingersoll Auto of Danbury. That right there tells you how great the Service Dept. is From calling to make an appt. or speaking with the Parts Dept. I am greeted warmly and given clear and concise information. The moment I arrive and drive into the service area there is an attendant right there to get me started. The Service Advisors I have dealt with are so very knowledgeable and let me know exactly what I should expect. They give me an approximate time and make it clear what is going to be done. Then they walk me to the Waiting area which is more like a cafe. There is always fresh coffee with real ceramic coffee mugs or bottled water! Most days there are complimentary donuts or cookies. And there is also a vending machine if you prefer a snack. If you are lucky enough to be there on a Saturday you might even get free pizza!!! And to top it off...you get a free car wash!!! I am loyal to Ingersoll Auto of Danbuy because their employees are loyal to me!

Being new to the area this was my first time going to this dealership to service my GMC Acadia I was referred here my colleague that lives in Danbury Connecticut. Upon my arrival at the dealership once I pulled into the service area I was greeted by the service writer that assisted me with each and every process to get my vehicle serviced he told me an estimated time for my vehicle to be ready, walked me through the showroom and showed me where the waiting area was and offered me a beverage and said to hang out here until my vehicle is ready and he will notify me when that happens. Well I was surprised when the service writer came into the waiting area and notified me that my vehicle was ready it was slightly earlier than promised which made me very happy. He then walk me through the process for payment explain in depth on the work that was done and what possibly needs to be done for my next visit ,walk me around my vehicle for the final inspection and I was on my way. It was a pleasant experience here at this dealership and I would definitely be back and I will definitely refer someone else here that owns a GM vehicle.
