Salesman Luis Rondon went far and above what any car sales person Ive dealt with "EVER" No pressure and he handled my insurance, communicated with Kia for vital documents along with Zurich my GAP provider. Received all my emails, faxed all documents to the proper people along with acquiring my car. I am sure others might have done the same but I wound up with Luis. And Im more than thankful. Bought my car at Crowley Kia huge mistake, should have went to you guys. Just my experience in having an alignment done with Danbury Kia was so much better than my entire buying experence at Crowley. I asked Crowley to fix the alignment check all the stuff that I complained about and said they could not find anything wrong. 5 minutes with your Tech an your Tech saw all my problems. Excellent job my car will be coming to you guys four routine services and maintenance down the road.

I had made an oil change appointment with a KIA oil change coupon that had come in the mail within the past week. When is was checking the car in (as I wait for service) I also added 2 items ... transmission not down shifting correctly and pulls ever slightly to the left so wheel alignment. EVERYTHING oil change service was completed and the other two items were addressed from updating the transmission computer to a 4 wheel alignment in just over 2 hours. Heck a service with oil change is usually just about 1 hour.

After an accident left our family short a vechical your Sales team got us into the perfect vechical for our situation. Unlike other web sites the claimed they had certain used cars their site was fairly accurate. Jeff was very kind, understanding and helpful and did his best to accomedate us and our 3 yr old son as we waited for paperwork. Jeff was patient from the start giving us the privacy needed to discuss financing options to the end as he battled a hot, humid day putting the liscense plates on personally. The only drawback was the extended wait time for the paperwork due to the fact there was only 1 person to take care of all the entire dealerships needs.

I leased a 2017 Elantra Sport 6spd manual from Chris Keefe at Danbury Hyundai on April 22nd, 2017. I had first started looking at a couple other Hyundai dealers and either couldnt get them to respond to me at all, or they were playing games with the numbers, trying to hide extra fees. When I contacted Danbury Hyundai, Chris Keefe not only responded immediately (and continued to do so throughout the transaction), but gave me a better price than I would have imagined on the car up front, with everything spelled out. No games, no tricks, just honest numbers. After a test drive, I decided to lease the car, and Chris and the team at Danbury Hyundai went out of their way to find me the exact car I was looking for (color and option package). A few days later, I was driving off in the car. When my lease is up, I will definitely be going back to Danbury Hyundai to see what they have, and hope that Chris Keefe will still be there. Service personnel were extremely knowledgeable and technicians were professionals. Could use additional attention to the waiting room atmosphere. Although the area is clean it is a bit stark and does not have that warm feeling you get while sitting in the Hyundai waiting room which is close enough to walk and wait in.

Went in for an oil change... left carless. My daughter was so excited when she decided to buy her Dodge and pay on her own. She brought her car in for a routinely oil change and ended up receiving news that her car had fallen off the lift and was TOTALED. Not only that but the way the dealership handled the situation afterwards was worse. We got offered half the value of the car. Or they gave us the option for buying a new car at a price that couldve been beat by any dealership even if they didnt just total the car. Will never be getting a car here for me or my family ever again.
