"What Is Happening?"
Calling for service appointments use to be so much more friendly. When I use to call for service appointments and Rob would answer it was always friendly and accommodating. Now I rarely get Rob, instead I get Chris, needless to say Im not very happy. Chris makes me feel as though hes bothered by the call and as though hes doing may a favor as opposed to me paying for a service. Bring Rob back. Or retrain Chris.

I have a 2008 Edge with almost 200,000 miles on it. I never had a major issue with it and all of the major components (like transmission) are original. These guys are fair, reasonable, and dont try to sell you service you dont need. Rob and Chris certainly know their customers but kudos to the guys in the back working on these cars. They deserve a lot of the credit also. The few times I was able to catch up with whichever tech was working on my car, I found them just as customer focused as the guys in the front. Its a nicely run place.

I just bought a 2011 ford Escape Cert. used. The best experience I have ever had by a dealer and I have bought many cars. I knew from the time I meet our sales consultant Lori Arico we where in the right place. She is A total professional. Answering all of our questions ( even the stupid ones ) Delivery was a great experience. Lori spend plenty of time with my wife making here comfortable with our new car.I need to mention Colleen Marbach the business manger. Who made the paper work a snap. Explaining everything down to the last detail. Made the pain of spending ok. Now hats off to the service dept. ( Chis and his crew )The car was detailed to 10s.wonderful job by all. Ford Van - had cooling system flushed - tires rotated - oil changed which took about 2 hours - since we come from Ridgefield we were going to wait We got there around lunch time - wanted to go for lunch at the dinner - we were going to walk but it was raining so hard - one of the service men drove us there and pick us up when we were done. that is what I called above and beyond good service - the staff is excellent thank you

I recently purchased a F150 from park Ford and I am beyond happy with not only the truck but the service as well. The sales man Nick D was helpful and knowledgeable, and helped me find the right truck for my budget without sacrificing quality. I would highly recommend the dealership to anyone who is looking for a vehicle and doesnt want the pressure of the typical car salesman.

After my mechanic closing up shop in my town and living too far from my original mechanic, I was referred by a friend to see Robert about setting up service for my two cars. Each time I brought them in, they were honest, gave me advice and took care of my cars. As a female, I felt at ease taking my vehicles there and not feeling like I was getting taken advantage as I had at other dealerships. When it was time to look for a new car, I met Lori Arico. Lori was extremely helpful and never pressured me into buying a car. Over the month, I visited the showroom and test drove the Escape numerous times. Again, never did I feel pressured to buy the car. She worked with me diligently until I was able to make a decision. I finally, picked up my car almost a week ago and absolutely love it. One of the reasons, that I wanted to stay with Park Ford was for their service department and the experience I had with them and their staff. The ongoing shifting problems with the transmission skipping were still not diagnosed, which is my only disappointment. I have been complaining about the transmission since I bought the car, and if they really cant find anything wrong then this is the worst transmission Ive ever had. I drive a 2011 escape and brought it in for the works and inspection. While there it was suggested that I have a tune up as I am at 105k miles. I had it done and the car drives great! I am very happy with this service team. I use to go to another dealer closer to me and was not as happy. Definitely worth the trip!

I feel the service was just very good. I was not happy when I got to my appointment at 12n and was waiting for the car and was told the guys are at lunch now. That is rather a stupid practice to schedule appointment time at 12 when staff is at lunch. I am a nurse and you definately would not want me to say I could not see you for your appointment cause all the nurses are at lunch. Stupid practice..
