What a great service team overall! Although I havent purchased a car there yet, people I know who have purchased cars there also love it!

They are never able to fix the vehicle. I brought it in for a rattle that anyone can here- and they said there is no rattle. Its a leased vehicle so I guess it doesnt matter- the next leasee can deal with it...........Since I first got this vehicle- I have never had satisfaction from the service dept.

Bought a used truck at the dealership back in November. Not happy with it but I should have spent more time looking over the truck before I purchased it. Have transmission issues now and they were unable to fix it because they are not able to work on nissans. Now the truck is sitting at another shop. Buyer regret... but I dont blame Crest I blame myself for not getting it checked out by another mechanic prior to buying it.

Within the week we purchased a new Ftype. Mr. Nathan was extremely knowledgeable and professional. There was no sales hype and the atmosphere was very low key unlike a previous dealer we visited several days earlier. We were able to complete the transaction in one day. Delivery was ready when promised. Mr. Nathan was with a customer, so Eric Bacon went over the cars features with us until Robert was free. It was a very professional experience.
