I just wanted to post a correction to my original comment. The finance charge for the loan was the total of the interest rate over the period of the loan and not an extra cost. So I was extremely satisfied with the interest rate they gave me and just wanted to make that clear. The one thing the salesman did do willingly was through in an a low cost extra item with the car. But I would have willingly purchased that item on my own in exchange for a more pleasant buying experience

just be careful - if there is a car you want to buy - especially a pre-owned - spend some quiet time alone with the car to go over every inch with a fine tooth comb. Dont assume that any damage agreed upon to be taken care of will be taken care of with a willing to please the customer. If they can get away with cutting corners..... Make sure they can give the the manufacturers warranty. They may get you a low interest loan but check to see how much they are charging you to get that loan - it just may be worth paying the higher interest rate. Dont seem too eager to please unless they are up against the wall. Comments from People in town that I spoke to afterwards were not too positive either. Sadly they took all the joy out of buying a new car. Disappointed.

Milford Chrysler personnel are superb. Charlie in Sales, Chris in Service, Gil "Rocky" in Finance and Bridgette in Customer Service (who really directs the show!!) are great to deal with. They appreciate loyal customers and work hard to help meet your needs. My family has been doing business with them for more than fifteen years. The trade-in I just received on my 2010 Dodge Challenger for a 2014 Jeep Compass Latitude was a great deal.
"Very Bad Service"
Worst place I ever had to deal with. Wish there was -stars they would get one. ¿¿¿ Took my car in for a starter replacement. Service recommended that I replace my plugs which had a misfire on plug #6. There was no sign of misfire because I also have a code reader. I agreed to the plug change because I hadnt changed them since I bought the truck. They also suggested flushing the radiator because they claimed there was sludge which I agreed. Went to pick up the truck after work was completed and did a walk around before I drove out. I noticed a new starter. There were no signs of any plugs replacement but on one. The engine was very dusty and the plug connectors were also dusty. There were no finger prints or sings suggesting that the plug connectors were removed . I say this because Im also a mechanic and know sings of when work is done. There was also fluid leaking in the front of the truck on the passenger side. I showed it to the service guy. The heater core was leaking he said. I never had any problems with my heater core until the radiator was flushed. I think to much pressure was used to flush the radiator which caused it to fail. I spoke to the service manager who was really nasty and unprofessional who also hang up the phone on me. I had to pay almost $500 to fix a problem that they created. I lost 3 days of work because of that. I must say service man Joe was very helpful. Thank u joe, but I will never go there again and I will never recommend anyone to Milford Chrysler.

Ive been to this dealership multiple times and have gotten a couple cars from them in the past. Came in today to check out a Jeep Renegade Trailhawk, a wildly popular car and there was only 1 in stock. Alex Z was an excellent salesman. He let me test drive it even though I wasnt going to buy it today and we ran some numbers just to see what payments Id be looking at. $$$ While I did not buy a car today, my experience was an overall good one.
