"Amazing Dealer"
Ford of Branford had what I wanted at an amazing price. Seriously, 3-6 grand cheaper than the other dealers in the area. Chris Lonergan was a stellar sales guy, friendly, knowledgeable and without any of the car salesman stereotype we all know. Even though I had to buy (my old truck died as I pulled into the dealership) I never felt pressured to commit to buying anything, and all the options were laid out clearly. When it came time to work out financing Chris Prevosk did an excellent job finding a good deal for me, and explaining all the options. There was no pressure for any of the usual upsells, and he got me out quickly and efficiently. That said, even though he worked quickly, I never felt rushed. In about a year, when it comes time for my 10k mile service, I plan on making the drive to Branford, even though there are several dealers closer to where I live.

I was very disappointed. Just had to get air in the tire and figured as long as I was there would get an oil change. Didnt charge me as that was my first experience with their repair service. I had just got out of dialysis was there about 10:45 am. Got done about 2:00 pm. Going back to where I get my car serviced they give me a ride home and call when my car is done! They come and pick me up! I would however buy another car there but not for repair!

From the second we arrived to look at some of the trucks that thedealership had, we were given nothing short of the best service that could have been provided. However, they were very accommodating and did the job within a time frame good for me. I cant say enough about Tanner Litowski, the salesman we dealt with when I bought the car. He was very helpful and totally NOT PUSHY about anything, which made dealing with him comfortable and we were able to ask questions and get good answers. He researched and eventually found the car Im happy with. Thanks.

The sales staff met me at the door when I arrived. They were very helpful with any questions I had and we were able to come to an agreement on a new F-250 pick up truck. The finance department took care of all the paperwork quickly and explained everything to me so could understand it. Just an overall great experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Great job guys!

2013 Ford Fusion Titanium AWD -certified pre-owned. Delivery ok; second key delivered following week; not activated due to Ford online system being down. Car appears to need a wheel alignment; not totally sure if the certified inspection was fully done. Steering pull to right is obvious. Will address this with service when getting the key activated

Great Experience. I scheduled a test drive on a new Mustang GT. My salesperson, Meghan, met me at the front door, Josh, (GM) welcomed me, and the car was ready to drive in just a few minutes time. Meghan took me for a nice long ride, including highway, so I could get the feel of the car. Their pricing was fair, as was their offer for my trade-in. I bought the car that day and picked it up on Tuesday. I would highly recommend Ford of Branford.

My engine light was on and I brought it in it was scanned there were evap codes. I had to bring it back for repair. I was driven to work and by your place and was brought back by someone else , a friend. I now have engine back on, Robin had it scanned on Saturday and it was evap codes again , so today she kept it and was able to get me a car, because I travel to different court houses for my boss and need transportation, and I take care of an elderly grandfather after work. SO the service and place did great frustrated with car and the codes.

I recently purchased a new 2016 Ford Taurus. I had done some research online and even requested more information on the vehicle I later purchased. Andrea DeDominicis contacted me almost immediately at 11:00 PM. She set me up with A VIP appointment to see the vehicle and meet the staff. I was greeted as I walked through the door and directed to Sales Manager Josh Kestenbaum. He shook hands and greeted me warmly. I was directed to Product specialist Tanner Litowski. Tanner truly was a product specialist as he demonstrated his knowledge of the vehicle during the test drive. The sale was completed professionally as the car was detailed, registered and delivered within 2 hours. I walked in at 1:00 PM and left at 5:00 PM with a new vehicle. My thanks to the entire staff for an outstanding experience. P.S. Tanner called a few days later to see if I was happy with my new car. Good Job!

I have a 2014 Ford Focus which is 11 months old. I brought my car in because the light of low pressure tires came on, the service person was named Tony, he was very helpful and nice, I had explained to him that I had just gone grocery shopping and I needed this to be taken care of asap, he did just that, only one hour later I drove out as a happy customer. I understand my vehicle is new so I shouldnt have any issues but little ones as this Im very pleased to have handled this with my Ford dealership. Also I like comment on the receptionist, her name was Jillian, she was very kind and personable and that made me feel comfortable being there.

Young sales man, seemed like he was a little lost at times, but very pleasant. He told me I would have a loaner car for services. Well I have a couple marks in the paint. He said he would set up for me but there were no loaners available for about 3 weeks. I waited then called to find out he was no longer with the company. No problem so I talked to service dept. She explained more important problems were handled on a first come first serve. I told her I understood, but it is 2 months and I havent received a call. I am leaving for Florida I hope when I get home we can resolve this problem. It doesnt effect the car, but I know the problem is there and it doesnt make me happy. I tried to be patient, and understanding but that approach isnt getting my car taken care of. PS the other salesman was very nice and reassured me that I was making a good choice. The financial clerk was also very informative. I am going this week for my first check up. I never got any paperwork regarding my oil change agreement. I will try to square that away this week. I also only got one key for glove box?? I will check that out too.
