He was able to help us with the features of the car and with the test drive. That day we had another car on our list we wanted to look at. He not only didnt pressure the sale but also encouraged my wife to look at the other vehicle. He was that confident in the cars condition that we would be back afterwards to make the purchase...and he was right. When we decided to pursue the vehicle, he encouraged my request to have my mechanic evaluate it prior to purchase even knowing my mechanic was an hours drive away. My mechanic said the car was in excellent shape. The only issue we had was that there was a little confusion on how to handle the fact that we were PA residents buying in New Jersey, but it wasnt anything too bad. Long story short, this was a good buying experience and we would buy there again if we found a vehicle we liked.

"Roger Hess Must Be Commended"

Roger Hess was impressively committed to Customer Satisfaction and performed in his role "exceptionally." It is always a good feeling to meet someone like Roger who takes his job seriously and provides the utmost respect, attention and professionalism to the concerns of the customer. I would have given 5 stars on the "overall rating" had it not been for one of the technician damaging my sons Corvette by parking the car with the nose and under-spoiler into an ice-bank before leaving it there for an over-night repair. Needless to say, I was extremely upset. After angrily complaining to Roger Hess about the technicians disregard and disrespect for the proper car of my sons Corvette, and completely dismayed by how the technician could have recklessly and arrogantly driven the car into an ice-bank and leaving it there for the customer to see, Roger allayed my concerns about leaving the vehicle overnight for a radio replacement. I have to say that as a lawyer, I can make a big deal over things, small and large, and I did just that knowing that my son too was very upset with seeing his Corvette damaged from the technicians arrogance to think nothing about driving the Corvette into an ice-bank and leaving it there. Roger saw that I was upset and he showed immense dedication to doing, as he said, "whatever it will take to make me happy." I must also commend Roger just for his patience alone with my anger and how he handled my ill-temperament that day because I know that I was not the most pleasant person to deal with after seeing the scratches in the paint on the front spoiler and the tip of the nose of the car that was caused by the technician who parked the car into the ice-bank. Roger remained calm and he let me "blow off steam" before taking charge of the situation by using all of right buzz-words to calm me down. He is a credit to McGuires Service Department and you should not let this young man ever leave your employ. What the technician did was un-excusable and unforgivable; if it werent for how Roger Hess handled the situation, I doubt that I would ever have my vehicles serviced at McGuire again. However, Roger restored my confidence that the technicians disregard for my sons Corvette and the damage, albeit minor, that the technician would never occur again, that I will be happy to continue having all of my vehicles serviced "only by" McGuire. I do not think that McGuire could have asked for a better service manager than Roger Hess and I am happy to say that "Roger did all that he had to and made things right." Kudos to Roger Hess

Nice place very friendly employees but,my 2010 Chevy Silverado had defected 2 cylinders and was mis firing,almost twice a year came to dealership to fix the problem,each time they changed plugs and couldnt find the real problem,finally last time problem solved (hopefully) and I paid again.like before,this is not fare Im looking for a reimbursement.

This was a standard oil change, tire rotation, and tire balancing. Scheduling was nice and straightforward. The facility called after repairs were done. And pick up was quick and on time. There was one complaint; the engine block or radiator had drops of oil on them, causing oil fumes to evaporate from under my hood for a few hours. Not to say it effected the performance of the car, but it would have been nice not to have concerns seeing smoke from under my hood.
