Even though I didnt have an appointment, he was able to take my car in right away for an oil change. This was my second service visit to the service department and both times I was treated like a VALUED customer. From the man taking my information at the service desk in the morning, to the woman at the cashiers desk to the mechanic handling my 2015 Mustang GT, Andy, who has in the past taken the time to talk to me on his way out of the shop on his way home at the end of the day. He was already in his car and stopped when he say me standing there. I can easily say that Andy is my number 1 reason for returning to you for service on my car, and that the way Im treated by everyone else is the reason I have NO reservations on making that decision on continuing to return and recomend All American Ford Hackensack to others! - Also, I feel I should add after reading other reviews before I purchased my car, I thought that many of these reviews were paid for or fixed by folks connected with the dealership on a level other than just being a customer. I have no affiliation with All American Ford of Hackensack other than I purchased my car from there and Ive received my regularly scheduled maintenance from there.
