There was a recall on my C-300. While they were correcting the problem, they did a complete check on my car...and lo and behold, there was a leak in my transmission. They immediately set me up with a loaner car, told me that they would repair all in about three or four days depending on parts available and type of correction needed. Guess what...done in one day! BB is terrific!

I came to have the coolant level checked. I noticed that the car was not really vacuumed inside and I know it was washed outside which I appreciated very much. In my other car dealership, my experience was different and wondering if there is a policy of not allowing the service staff to do the interior of the car and that is understandable. Also, I noticed that when I turned off the engine I could still hear sound coming from the engine. I am afraid that it might be the coolant again. Please advise. Thank you.
