Please read this before purchasing your vehicle from Paul Miller. I recently went through Paul miller to purchase a vehicle, Porsche Panamera. I did follow through and received a beautiful vehicle and am very pleased with this purchase. As a business owner, I know how critical it is to have a winning, professional team for sustained growth and reputation. With this, my sales person, Jonathan Wein, deserted me once the car was delivered. It was delivered out of state, one in which the laws were different pertaining to the registration of automobiles. After several weeks of trying to get information from Jonathan in order to get my vehicle registered, I gave up and went to the owner. I had to make this decision after Jonathan accused me of being ignorant of the law and discontinued taking my calls. The owner, Paul, contacted me with details that confirmed my challenge and took care of this immediately. As of Mr. Wein, not one follow up or apology. I recently tried contacting him on an recent issue and as you guessed, no return call. This is disrespectful, and as a business owner, I would not allow this behavior in my company. Purchase your car from Paul Miller, but please ask for another sales person that appreciates your business and not just the bonus money for selling another vehicle.
