I recently had 2 service visits to Paul Miller Audi, where I bought my pre-owned 2010 A6. The reason for the first visit was that the engine basically broke down, and it was only at 85k miles. My service specialist Luis Toribio listened carefully to my concerns and researched my history with Paul Miller and my regular service/maintenance visits to the dealership. Luis and the Service Manager (Chris Burke) then spoke with Audi Corporate, who agreed to replace the engine. This did not happen over night and there was a fair amount of investigation into the source of the problems, but needless to say I was thrilled with the decision as well as the level of professionalism, courtesy and respect for the customer. It is very rare nowadays to have your expectations exceeded through great service, but this was one of those occasions. Several weeks later I had to make another stop back to Audi for two unrelated issues. Again, Luis researched the history and he and Chris/team identified the source of problems, the history of complaints on this issue (recorded in the system) and the potential for coverage under extended warranties. It turned out that not all of the issues were covered during the warranty period, but again they were very fair and professional with their explanations and charges/decisions. In both cases, I believe it really helped that I did my service work through the dealership and there was a history of all maintenance/issues related to my car in the system. Thank you gentlemen (and ownership) for the quality of care I received on these recent visits. Its not every day that I take the time to respond to surveys or write a note, but in this case it was totally deserved. Ill definitely highly recommend your dealership to others, and will be back for continuing maintenance ... and when I need a new car!

Paul Miller is a very big Audi dealership. The showroom and car lot have an array of used and new cars to choose from. My salesman, Erbis, is knowledgeable and very attentive. I told him what I wanted and he was able to find the best match for my needs. He was cordial and patient throughout the buying process. I can call him with any concerns of my new purchase and he is there to help- he treats me like I am part of the "Paul Miller " family. Another person who wasnt my salesperson but also very helpful is , Peter. I had concerns about driving my car to Canada and he actually researched the answer for me. He is always very friendly and when Erbis isnt around he answers my questions. My overall experience with the sales department is excellent! However, my first experience with the service department gave me such a bad taste that I actually dread going there for any service! A few of the service people I dealt with were unfriendly, impatient and didnt seem to have any training in customer service! I voiced my concern to the service supervisor , Chris and he really tried to make a bad situation better. When I got my oil change, I told them I didnt want a certain person to handle my service and they gave me Luis, who is new and very nice so it wasnt too bad. My overall grade for service is fair.
