This place is terrible. Their customer service is severely lacking along with their competence in auto repair. I brought my brand new Range Rover, which was purchased through them only months ago, in to have the trunk repaired 3 times now. They insist its fixed and yet when performing a simple check in the parking lot it still does not work. The problem still is not resolved and they have no solution. Wouldnt recommend this dealership to my worst enemy.

It all started with a simple online inquiry. I was in the market for a new luxury brand and Land Rover was in my list too. Coming from Lexus - one of the best in customer service and after sales - my expectations were high. Entire crew at Land Rover Parsippany, especially Craig Stanzione and Greg Fioretti (the GM of the dealer ship) left no stone un-turned to make my car buying experience seamless and nothing short of 100% satisfaction. Following are some key qualities of the Land Rover Parsippany dealership: - Very competitive in pricing - if you think you got the best deal from some other dealership, just check once with Land Rover Parsippany and I bet you will get a much much better deal with them. Thats is exactly what happened with me!!! - Extremely ethical - no monkey business. What they say is what you get. - Consistent - they will not throw just any number to get your foot in the door - like most people do in the business do. My experience with Paul Miller Land Rover in Parsippany NJ was beyond pleasant. From the moment I arrived and was greeted by a man named Luke to picking up my keys from a mechanic named Mike, I was literally treated like the staff there had no other mission but to make me satisfied with their service. Each member of their staff were courteous and professional, I was informed of every bit of repair BEFORE it happened, there were no hidden fees or "adjustments" to the initial quote and I felt more like I was dealing with my small time local mechanic than with one of the biggest Land Rover dealers in the North East. The fact that I wasnt driving a new vehicle but rather an 11 year old one didnt have any bearing on their treatment of me and the professionalism with which they conducted themselves. My loaner vehicle was exceptional as was the representative who worked with me. I could not be happier with the staff there. 5 stars!

It was quick and easy to get to a spec that worked for me, and he was able to quickly find a car that included what we wanted. At delivery, he spent a lot of time going over the vehicle with me, again within the context of how I am going to use it (towing). Overall, a great experience!

After comparing the Mercedes GLA-250 to the Evoque, the Evoque won hands down. Dennis, our salesman, treated my wife and son (and I) with nothing but respect from the moment we walked in - and I purposely "dress down" when I go out because I love people to judge the cover and who wants to wear a suit on a day off. Dennis, knew every option, and he knew how to explain it and in what order. He found us the perfect model with options that we wanted, and even some we didnt even know we wanted, but are so thankful we got them! Dennis also negociated a great deal and got us every dollar possible for the trade-in. Couldnt be happier with the experience, and Ive already referred a friend to see Dennis for their next SUV.

This is my first Land Rover. When I walked into the dealership I was greeted very warmly by the young female receptionist, who paged a salesman. The salesman that came to me was Charles, who I cant say enough good things about. He went over all of my options and got the best deal he could get me. Charles was open and honest about all of the numbers involved in buying a vehicle. Charles even text me from his personal cell phone to update me on how things were going. That was a first!! When we went to pick up our Land Rover, Charles, along with Aldo, the Business Manager made us feel like we had known them for years. They went over everything that we needed to know about the vehicle and explained to us some options available for our protection.
