Went to the dealer to discuss options about the end of my lease. Was told that I would hear back about my finance information the next day. It took five days and me having to call back about the status for them to give me an answer. Their answer was that they could not do anything for me. Would have been nice to actually hear back in a timely manner. Very poor customer service on their part.

It is always a pleasure to have my car serviced at Ford Lincoln of Huntington. The service staff is friendly and helpful and the work is completed when promised or sooner!! The waiting area is fantastic. There are beverages and bagels. Desks with free Wi Fi and serveral tvs and comfortable couches.

Once arriving at Ford Lincoln of Huntington the reception staff was very helpful in getting us a salesperson to tell us about the vehicle that we had previously researched on the dealership website. The salesman was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and was interested in what my requests were for the particular vehicle, and was willing to help us find what we were looking for. Throughout the quick search, and financial verbal agreement of the vehicle, the salesman was able to help me meet the payments I was looking for. Once verbally agreed upon, he was very helpful in getting us set up with all the paperwork, as was the financial manager at the dealership, as they no doubt wanted us to have a good experience. Despite it being one of the lowest rated (if not the lowest rated) Ford dealership on Long Island based on reviews we had found on the website, our overall experience was fantastic as everyone was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable throughout the entire vehicle purchasing process.

All good except two items: 1) when i scheduled the appointment, I was told i could get a ride to the nearby train station. i scheduled at the earliest time, which is 730. when i get there that day, i was informed that car service starts at 8 am. that was bad - disruptive! - and i should have been told that at the outset when scheduling. 2) i ordered a simple unlock only spare key, but the key i got was a silly tiny key with no head" and no real way to hold it; like a metal toothpick. just a sliver of metal. if that is the only non-computer key you have, that is fine. but customers should be told in advance that the key they would be getting is silly and nothing resembling any key anyone has ever seen. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ thanks, steve vitoff

Called to schedule an appointment to replace an evaporater on my explorer and needed a loaner car . They tell me they are 2 weeks behind on loaner cars . So if your 2 weeks behind you should get more cars or rent some for your customers especially when the vehicle is going to be there all day. I guess next time Ill bring my business someplace else.

20 year old needed a car and needed to establish credit. I can not tell you how hard it is to find a car that you really love and want, but your parents refusing to be co signers and yourself having no credit. Walking into ford of Huntington i was greeted by John. I told him i was interested in the Ford Focus that they had outside, but me and my father explained he would not be co-signing and they wanted me to established credit, i thought this wouldnt be possible. John did everything possible to get me into this car and he did. Not even a week later i got the car of my dreams and couldnt be any happier. He also called me the next day to see how i liked it. Ford of Huntington is the number one spot to get a car and the only place now i will go if i ever need another car. Not only did john make sure i was comfortable in the car, but made sure it was safe for me to drive, which at the other dealership i was at before did not do. If your looking for a car go to Ford in Huntington and ask for John because without his help i wouldnt be in the car i am now and couldnt be any happier.

Service dept is rude and unprofessional. I called to set up an appt to have my car repaired and the woman that answered the phone asked me why I was bringing my car there if I bought it somewhere else. As if that is any of her business. Woman didnt tell me the svc. dept was a different building. At 7:30 am I was calling the svc. dept and no one picked up. I waited for 25 mins before turning around. Called to speak to the owner and he was just as rude. He never apologized and he didnt care that my time was wasted and inconvenienced. I will never go to this unprofessional non caring dealership ever again.

I owned a 2004 Ford Escape and was looking to upgrade and decided to do so by leasing my next car. I was referred to John Miolla by a friend of my brother. John was amazing. I had never leased before and he explained the process to me with my best interest in mind. That was in 2011. I leased a 2011 Ford Escape and loved the car. John worked within my budget and put me in a car that offered options I didnt think I could afford. I had visited other dealers and they just saw me as a number or a dumb female and tried to give me the least amount of options for the most money. I presented this background because my lease was coming due and I visited another Ford dealer (Levittown Ford). I didnt know where to go because John was no longer at the previous dealer. I was told that I was a VIP customer and they would present me with a great deal. That great deal was an insult to my intelligence. I decidied to do my homework and track John down. I was happy to find him and more than willing to travel the distance Syosset Ford of Huntington because I knew I would be treated fairly and not taken advantage of. I was pleased with my visit. The receptionist at the front entrance was very pleasant and John once again was amazing. He worked the numbers and was able to get a monthly lease rate that was lower than what I had been paying. Im happy to say that today I drove out of Syosset Ford of Huntington with a 2014 Escape. It drives beautifully.
