We came to Kia of Nutley to see the sorento and the optima kia turbo. We worked with a salesman named Michael Ruvo and he was Awesome! I just purchased a kia forte after being an owner of a ford fusion for the last 7 years, and decided it was about time for a change. I did some research and my daughter has a Sorento and decided that the Kia Forte was the best for me. My experience with Kia and Staff, especially Michael Gibson was extraordinary! He took an extreme amount of time to answer any questions that i had and to make the sale very easy and a simple process. I would highly recommend Nutley Kia, and Michael Gibson, they helped to suit all my needs and finances. I would highly give them an A++++++ rating, I will Definitely continue my business with Kia! Eric is a real guy, a man of his word. He worked hard to get me a deal and I was extremely satisfied. I am already referring him to my best friend who is in need of a vehicle. I was a little bit unsure dealing with a smaller dealership but Eric gave me the personal attention that a customer needs. Nobody likes to go into a car dealership because of the bad reputation that dealers have. Eric put that fear out of me and I felt like I knew him for years. I would recommend him to anybody that asks me if they know a good guy in the car business. He is a real asset to the dealer as well as having him represent the Kia name. You have a real gem here.
