Brought my car in for diagnostics which cost $118..00 plus tax, but would be waved if I got my repairs done there. My car needed a $100 part which would of cost $700 to put in the car. Very expensive and I was in a box, pay the $118 to walk away from a fleecing of $700, or buck up and pay. The service was good and polite, however, the place is designed to make as much money as possible from people that can not fix a car or do not have an alternative. I felt the pricing was very high for both services.

My sales rep Greg Haven was polite, considerate, not pushy, a gentleman and a scholar. Showed me options and explained throughly. I discussed wiggle room in the price and told him I was negotiating with 6 other dealers to get what I wanted at the fair price I wanted. The current car I was driving was 19 yrs young. This purchase was my first ever of a new car. This was a huge decision for me. I wanted to be sure. Thank you so much! I have had the car in for routine oil check and the service was quick and waiting room superb. They even have a separate "quiet" room space if you want to sit away from others. I love my Subaru Crosstrek!

Also, what kept my visit seemingly short was the fact that I met someone in the waiting room with whom I conversed. Joseph our sales rep showed my wife and I around and asked us what we were looking for. We talked for a little while and then Joseph showed us the different options that were available to us. We werent sure if we really wanted an impreza or a crosstrek, so Joseph told us that could test drive both and then get a better idea of what we really wanted. We did the test drives and decided that the crosstrek was the best choice for us. We initially werent planning to buy the car that day unless the dealership could offer us a good deal. After telling Joseph that his initial offer was too high, we agreed on a number that was closer to the amount that we thought was fair, with the options that we wanted installed. Joseph told us that he didnt have the car on the lot, but that hed arrange to get the car from another dealer within a few days. We put down a deposit and waited. 6 days later we picked up the car. All in all, it wasnt the car buying process that Id been expecting.....it was much better. The negotiating and financing process were relatively quick. Joseph was always on top of everything, and called to keep us informed and where things were in process. After going through the car buying process before, I have to say that this was much different, less time consuming and less stressful. If youre looking for a subaru and youre near Morristown, Id recommend checking them out and asking for Joseph.
