It was my first time purchasing a new car and Garrett helped me to the fullest with no problems answered every single one of my questions. Not only did they make my selection of the car easy fast and gave me every discount that I was deserved. Rachel from the finance and leasing division was a pleasure to work with as well she explained everything in full and made sure that me and my wife understood everything. I will definitely be going back there for more car purchases.

"Absolute Worse"
Horrid took it (Pacifica) in to replace alternator (500 refurbished) they broke the Chrysler wings trim on the hood which literally fell off while driving cost 100 dollars to replace. They keep no record of the parts you purchase so once a year when I had to do my annual replacement of motor mounts there is no record of me purchasing these parts every year other than my receipts. But thats minor. Major issue for me is the car is made by Chrysler but on too many occasions Ive taken my car in for a repair only to be given a shrug of shoulders and a "we cant find the problem" I mean its your car you made it how can you not diagnose the problem

I had a tricky situation with poor credit score and upside down with negative equity in my current vehicle. Ive been all over running my credit to many times lowering my score to an alarming state. I received a mailer which stated no prob come in and drive out. Of course, I figure it was just another car seller ploy. My no nonsense sells car guy is Leif. His up beat give you enough conversation and moves everything along swiftly.. Dont mess around come in to Manhattan Jeep and if Leif is available ask for him otherwise wait..(its worth the wait)...I worked over 20 years on the stock exchange and I know how hard sell can be...believe to work on commission only and be kind to people..especially New Yorkers !! Initially we had a great experience with Sean. He attempted to get us the car we wanted and we walked out happy for the time being. Within a month we started to get bills from our old lease that they said they would take on and the car as is. The finance manager, Rita was pretty much not accessible and when I asked Sean why we werent informed that we may owe more money he said, "too bad" and laughed. These guys are snakes.

They did however add me to their mailing list so that I received almost daily spam messages asking what they could do to earn my business, when was I planning to purchase, when would I stop in to look at the vehicle, etc. In short, if you dont take the time to read and respond to what I ask, why should I give you my business? We moved on and purchased from another dealer.
