My experience at East Hills Chevrolet was fantastic. My new, 2018 Tahoe is the 3rd vehicle I have leased from East Hills and i consider them to be my dealership. Gordon Calhoun was helpful, accommodating and very easy to work with during this process. He got me the EXACT car I wanted at EXACTLY the price I wanted to spend. No hassle no issues and no problems. Just easy. I will always come back to East Hills and look forward to working with Gordon again next time. Lastly, East Hills has the best service department too! Gloria is awesome! I saw 6 different cars on various websites. Yet I was constantly told that they werent available. I asked if they would take the ads of the cars down but it seems I was ignored since I can still see them now.

We came in Memorial Day Weekend, and drove out before months end. They made sure we got all the available discounts on the holiday weekend, they were knowledgeable and thorough. When we picked up the car it was ready on time, and the dealer went over all the workings including setting up our OnStar. So many dealers leave you feeling fleeced, like youre doing them a favor to buy a car in their dealership. That was NOT the case at East Hills at all.

Never mentioned coupons or any other alternative and in fact said to a couple sitting right next to me he could offer some discount.....but never gave me the same offer! Guess he thinks since Im older, I wasnt paying attention. Guess I will give the job to my local mechanic who I really trust. Thats why I rated the visit an 8. Also, people with later appointments came in a head of us....and they were out for us! If it wasnt for Wayne, now in finance, we would go else where!

I brought the car in for inspection and the $7 oil change. In addition i asked them if they could open up the little storage compartment on the top of the dash board as it was jammed shut....it took them quite a while but they were able to get it open for me...Because i had to wait an extended period of time they did not charge me for the oil change. I know it wasnt much money ,but what impressed me was the gesture,and it shows me that your company absolutely knows how to do business and i will be happy to recommend your company at every opportunity i have.

I appreciate the comfort of the waiting area, as I always stay there while the car is being serviced. The check-in is done efficiently; all of the employees have been courteous and helpful. I, personally, would appreciate a TV-free waiting area, as I spend my waiting time, reading. While I do not use the vending machines, I note that a number of the patrons do help themselves to the treats. All of the employees have been helpful, even during several long waiting times (today, I arrived at my appointment (7:30 a.m., and left when the car was ready at 1.05 pm, and appreciated the "up-dates" from the staff re the work on the car.

As usual, I was treated very well. I called on Monday for an appointment because the engine light was on over the weekend. Amy said I could bring the car in the next day, which I did. Keith, the Service Supervisor took my information and although it took awhile to find the problem, it was fixed. I got there a little before 7:30 a.m. as my drivers door window wasnt working properly. Since you dont do repairs on Saturdays, I was forced to come on a weekday. I work so that is a very large inconvenience. I didnt get out of there until after 9:30. It seems to me that you have too many customers and not enough service technicians.

My experience I would say that my experience was good ,service advisors are good specially Jason but , but to get appointment its very difficult . I always call ahead time but I still have to go with your schedule no dates available blah an blah which makes this service center out of 5stars .

My experience was good. I needed my drivers side view mirror replaced and the work was well done. However, a body shop recommended by my insurance company could have done the work for a lower price. I did not need to leave the car overnight and the work was done quickly.

This is a very clean facility in a great neighborhood. I was recommended by one of my friends to check this place out and it was well worth it. Saeed was helping me with the deal, I was worried about the lease payments and he managed to get me an amazing deal on my wrangler. The managers are very helpful and it was a hustle free experience. You have an excellent dealership. This is my 4th car that I have been leasing from your dealership. The only negative thing I can say is that the receptionist at the service department have a very bad attitude. Every time I call to make an appointment, they would not pick up the phone. The only way I can get someone from the service department, I have to call the sales department and have them transfer me to the sales department.

Very professional. I like the redecorated customer waiting area with the free Wi-Fi and coffee and cake. The wait for an oil change was 1 hour and 40 minutes but I do understand how busy Chevrolet s.
