Ive brought my car to Manhattan Motorcars for simple inspections and some repairs. In service, Lenka Gray-Davitt is the queen of the office. Shes super nice, very professional, and a dream to work with. Their HQ was solid but is now 10x better that theyve moved into a new building. The waiting area has Wi-Fi, power outlets, couches, TVs, and latte machine.

Unfortunately had a hit and run while I was parked at a meter in Portland, Maine while on Vacation. Brought my car into Manhattan Motor Cars and was greeted by Frank Pica, Service Consultant in the Body Shop. Frank was able to assure me that Manhattan Motor Cars would take care of me and they did. Frank met with my adjuster from Allstate, the claim was settled and told me how long the repair would take. The experience was top notch. Frank made me feel comfortable, assured me that my car would come back looking like new and I was more than quite satisfied with this occurrence. I highly recommend Manhattan Motors Cars body shop.

As for prepping my car so that it is ready to go upon my arrival, Louis Vitucci does a great job! These guys get it right!

Second time at Manhattan Motorcars with our new Cayenne purchase (no problems just installing accessories) and the experience couldnt have been better either time. Our service rep., Michael Holland, made sure that we were taken care of and the car was ready when we needed it. Hes great about email or telephone communications and the car has been returned spotless both times. Always in and out in the shortest time imaginable. I doubt its the least expensive place to have your car worked on but you receive absolutely premium service for your money. Our purchase experience with Jake Semon was terrific as well.

During my Panameras routine inspection the team noticed that my engine bay had been made a temporary dorm by some field-mice sheltering from the Valentines Day sub-zero temperatures up in the Catskills. The team did a thorough check through, clearing out the nesting paper and cardboard - fortunately the critters hadnt yet eaten any of the wiring or rubber gaskets. A warm, professional welcome and service, as usual. (Lenka suggested mothballs in the engine bay.)

I recently bought a Certified, Pre-Owned Porche Macan Turbo at Manhattan Motor Cars. Despite the intimidating display of ultra-luxury cars in the showroom, the friendly attitude from every single person I encountered there was both down-to-earth and completely professional, which is what I call "Old School Style" New York City. That includes the receptionist to the owner of the dealership and everyone else in between. My buying experience with Robert LeBron was pleasant and hassle-free, as was the meticulous and thorough after-sales service of Freddy Chan. I actually had expected a somewhat arrogant attitude from a dealership specializing in high end prestige cars like this, instead they won me over with their perfectionistic devotion to customer service. Service; we have come to expect quality and value in a very timely manner; we don’t what to wait, we expect perfection and at an affordable price. Typically you can have 2 of the three options but not all three. As a Porsche owner, car enthusiast and business owner I am very detailed orientated and insistent on near perfection thats what today customers expect. My recent experience with Porsche Service for my Carrera was exceptional; I was an hour or two outside Manhattan and looked to schedule service when my car broke down - there wasnt a Porsche dealer within 60 miles that could possibly service my car within the week; apparently they are all booked; with the exception of Manhattan Motorcars. I was able to call them on Sunday and arrange to have the car delivered to them on a flatbed on Monday morning. Michael Holland of Manhattan Motorcars was very professional, direct, honest and thorough, he provided feedback and status everyday. He managed expectations and was brutally honest, he went above and beyond what most dealers I have experienced would even consider. Never did they try to up-sell me on things that where not required but instead; offered a personal touch as if it was their sports car they where caring for, these guys are real car guys not wanta-be weekend warriors. I am very glad I looked at potential dealers before I had a problem - because it paid off - I found the best Porsche dealer in New York City and Long Island; quality, value, and well the time, it was worth it.

Probably the worst car purchase ever! They told me the car would be ready around noon and they had us wait until 4:30 that day. This dealer is located in an area where there are no restaurants around. And you cant even find a coffee machine in the dealership! We had to wait in a room 5x10 which they call a waiting room??? And heres the good part. I had an oil change light only after 2 weeks I purchased the car. I called the dealership and they ignored me for a few days and I had to take the car to a Porsche service and spent $300 for an oil change. What they call a certified car comes without an oil change. Horrible service!!! Stay away!

We had a great experience shopping here. Sales team didnt jump all over us when we walked in- they were very informed on the product and even took us up to the storage floors above to see other cars that just came in. Probably the best inventory of hard-to-find cars I have ever seen. When we buy our next car it will likely be here.
