After going to into a few other Cadillac dealerships I finally went to Sarant Cadillac. I felt welcomed immediately. I sat with Jim Rap and I knew I didnt need to go anywhere else. It was a no hassle negotiation that hadnt happened anywhere else. They were able to get the vechicle in a timely fashion. Just an overall good experience. I wouldnt go anywhere else if I was to lease or buy a Cadillac.

We leased an escalade ESV from the dealership - using Jim Rapp as our salesman. He was so professional, warm and very receptive to what we were looking for. There was no haggling over price, no multiple walks to the manager. The whole deal was done under an hour. I absolutely hate car shopping, but Jim and Sarant changed my opinion of the process. My lease was ending and I wanted either another ATS or an SRX. Mark Rosen REALLY LISTENED to my wants and gave me a few options. We took a test drive and I made by selection (the SRX) and everything was processed and done in no time at all! When I came back to turn in the old and pick up the new, again, everything was handled very efficiently and quickly. Ive been a very happy Sarant customer for years and I can vouch for their Service Dept. too. Everyone there is GREAT!

I was surprised to find the gate in the trunk NOT installed as it was on my 2013 SRX. It was still in the plastic wrap. Also, there is a noise(when in park) coming from the muffler area which I noticed when I got home after pickup. I assumed the car would be checked completely before pickup. I now have an appt. to bring it back for service. I picked it up 10 /12.
