Brought a used hyundai elantra from them and still unable to get our registration. Not only did they stop answering phones but they dont even bother to return them either. They will only be polite till you make a purchase, after that youre not even worth their time. I agree with the previous reviewer Joe, their action is nothing less than fraud because car is paid in full and I have every right to obtain my registration. Terrible sales experience with Corey, Mike from service has been helpful if you exclude the car was kept for a whole month without notifying us, and last but not least Patty and Victoria, both from registration has not been any help to our situation. Thank you for making our last two months miserable with your terrible service Security Dodge! Whoever is reading this, now its your decision to do business with them or not...

When I walked in I was instantly taken away by how kind and courteous everyone was. It was pouring rain and since we had the kids in the car they offered for us to wait to get a spot up front. SILAS took us around the lot, he had a giant umbrella and gave it to my kids so they wouldnt get wet. It was so sweet and truly unexpected. Not a hesitation to explain everything to my husband and I. He truly took his time and ensured we were "in the know" about the car. Offered us a test drive and made sure he explained everything the car was capable of. Next, the deal was laid on the table and after going to a few places the quote was less than any place we had been. I went to Security Dodge for the first time and was taken care of by Junior. I brought my dad along to guide me in the process. I must say that Junior was very knowledgeable about the cars he had available. He was also very genuine with the information he provided, I didnt feel like he was out to get me since I was a female. He was patient with me and took his time explaining. Purchasing a car is a huge deal, considering I been shopping around for a few weeks now, Junior definitely made it easy for me to say "Yes to the Car" (I purchased a black ME/BE 2013). I went in for an oil change on a car I purchased from them previously. I used that time to look at some options to replace my aging mini-van. They had very nice pre-owned options, and also great new options. The sales guy Silas was very friendly and I never felt any pressure. After being shown all the options, we agreed on a price that was ok for me. Even though it was very busy there, I never had to wait more than a couple of minutes. I felt well taken care of. Since the insurance company took almost an hour to provide the new insurance cards, the folks stayed past closing time to help me get the deal done the same day. Wonderful crew!

Bought a used jeep wrangler , brought it in for a few issues, when on the highway it drifts to the right , when you hit the horn the radio volume goes up and there is a noise when you shift into second gear, they could not duplicate the horn problem , ok they could not find anything wrong with the shifting, ok as for as the drifting I was told by the service writer Wendy that it does not pull to the right but the left and that it was typical for that vehicle to pull, with that I came down and took the vehicle home, was asked if I wanted to take the tech on a test drive , I said no and will be looking for a dealer to fix the vehicle
