Arrived at Karp Service at 9:42 for a 10 AM appt. I was cordially greeted by Steve Marino who made sure was my car was taken to the Service lot. Steve communicated well and made sure my requests were on repair order. My car was taken into the shop at about 10 AM. The waiting area was pleasant, and I said hello to Gianni the new Service Manager. After about an hour and half my car, serviced by mechanic Mitch Frank, was ready to go. I had a NYS inspection and transmission technical upgrade. I had a very smooth ride back to Brooklyn ! All in all a good day at the Karp Volvo ranch !

Purchased an Encore fro Karp a few months ago. The sales experience was very good. I went for my first service, which was an oil change and software update due to a recall. I mentioned that I needed to be out by a certain time, and they made sure the service was done quickly.

They have a great selection and our Sales Person was top notch. It just took them 5 hours to sell us the vehicle. Dont make any plans for later the same day! Also, even though we made an appointment 3 days earlier, the car wasnt detailed when we arrived. Then the dealer was backed up for cleaning, so our sales person tried to detail the car himself. We were still charged for "dealer prep." So Id recommend our sales person, but not the dealership.

Buying a car from Frank Manzo at Karp Volvo was a first class experience all the way. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about my experience with another Volvo dealership in NW Nassau county, if you are in the market for a Volvo do yourself a favor and stop into Karp Volvo!
