I went in to buy a new surburban for my daughter. I waited and waited for them to give my final price and when car would be available. No return calls and no information provided. They told me they were very busy! I bought the car somewhere else. It was like dealing with a mickey mouse dealership. Worst car buying experience I have ever had

It was a wonderful experience. My car refused to start Sunday and I was frantic because I just started a new job and didnt want to have to call out or be late. Since the service department was closed I emailed Kenneth Schuster, who on his day off, called me and went to the shop to get a loaner car for me. He is absolutely AMAZING! He then had the tow truck pick up my car on Monday which the service department repaired and I got it back on Tuesday. Its been working fine since. Love Paul Conte Chevorelot. Wouldnt buy my car anywhere else.

I had a great experience with Mike Columbel and Dennis in sales, but the real test comes after you purchase a vehicle and have to service it. I am happy to report that my experience with the Paul Conte Chevrolet service dept has been nothing short of terrific. Daniel Bene in particular has gone out of his way to make sure I am satisfied with my service experience. Beyond just a friendly demeanor, he remembers my name and provides a personal touch to make me feel like Ive been a longtime regular even though I only purchased my vehicle a short time ago. He keeps me updated on the status of my vehicle, takes the time to explain things to me and generally makes me feel like I am a priority even though I know these guys service many cars and trucks on a daily basis and I am just one of many customers. I definitely plan to but another vehicle from these guys in the not too distant future and have been enthusiastically recommending them to anyone who wants the piece of mind that comes with a top-notch service department having your back after your purchase.

I made a appointment and there was no one to be seen in the used car department to great me . Why couldnt a new car dealer couldnt help me with a used car ?! The car on the internet that they claimed was there was sold two days ago according to the dealer. The dealer was nice to try to help me but it wasnt the initial person who said he would help me. My travel was long enough after working in the city of Manhattan on 42nd and 3rd. Dont let everyone on break at the same dam time I said .

Buyer beware before you buy a car take a poll of customers leaving repair shop, if you do you will never buy a car there. George the salesman is great, after he sells the car to you he doesnt want to know you or know of any problems. I am warning you stay away!!!!!!!!

Also noteworthy was the gentleman, presumed to be the finance manager, who presented me with all the documents to sign, who took the extra time to explain everything and ensure my true satisfaction. Overall, the experience was ON POINT.
