They had wrongly advertised about there car. It was said Premium in the advertisement but it was not a premium car. I came from far to see the car after talking to them multiple times over phone. Came to know after test drive and told to sales person it took them while to figure out there mistake and even then they made no attempt to make some discount for inconvenience or show any other possible car. It was really rude as they waisted my 3-4 hrs

I called for a appointment for a recall on my 2008 ford edge to change the fuel tank because i was told that they have been leaking so i took the day off of work and didnt get paid for the day for them to tell me they didnt have a tank in stock they never even looked at my truck they could have did this over the phone with out me taking the day off. So in about a week i got a call that the tank was in so i made appointment to have it changed they didnt even tell me to bring gas level down as low as possible but ive been in this type of business for many years i knew to do this if i didnt do this they would have told me they coulden do the job because there was to much fuel . So i drop the fuel level to 1/4 of a tank so they changed the fuel tank when i went to pick the truck up i noticed that the fuel gauge read a 1/2 tank so i go back in with out leaving Dana Ford and spoke to the service writer Mr Jeffrey Pikarsk/6263 the first thing he said is that thats the way i dropped it off so i told him i will go fill the tank and see what it takes it took 16 gallons of gas from a 1/2 of a tank its only a 20 gallon tank and i know that 4 gallons would not give me 1/2 tank if it took 16 gallons so i made it go down to a 1/2 a tank again because i was told this is normal it may have dirt in the float and have to work its way out so i filled it again it took 15 1/2 gallons again so i called back and made another appointment on 5/31/2017 for them to check it out to see what the problem was and the service manager told me that if they find something wrong in the tank and if ford didnt pay for it i would have to pay i dont understand why i would have to pay when they damaged it So what they did find wrong was a hose not connected inside of the tank that was laying on the float and was preventing the float to do its job so i would say that this is a error on there part not mine .And Mr Jeffrey Pikarsk/6263 told me they would have to drop the tank because there was no access panel under the rear seats on the Ford Edge,s whe the edge had a access panel these service writers in this place need to be trained a bit better on the vehicles .this is the last time that i will ever go there for service or buy a vehicle i will buy in Jersey they treat you like a person . then i asked Service writer Anthony Girardi/9389 if i could get a loaner car if they have to keep my truck for this problem and he says that if a vehicle is older then 7 years old they wont give you a loaner then iam reading all the reviews on the Dana web site and there was person with a bad electrical problem on a F150 a couple of months old and they would not give him a loaner what happen to the 7 yearold car they think that the outside people are dum.

DO NOT EVER LEAVE A DEPOSIT on any vehicle with Dana Ford Lincoln of Staten Island. Upon receipt of my deposit, the salesman Jonathan Taylor and his manager at the time on 10/30/16, claimed that if I didnt take delivery of the vehicle, the refund was totally refundable. It was after 5 pm on a Sunday (the deposit receipt is dated 10/30/16 @ 5:22pm). The manager told me to just leave a deposit. As they were to be closed by 5pm already, and they told me they "wanted to go home to watch football". They basically took my deposit and pushed me out the door, with only a receipt for the Credit Card deposit transaction and NOTHING ELSE. No Buyers Order, no nothing. Without a test drive, they lead me to believe that I needed to leave a deposit to secure the special low price on that particular vehicle with 0% financing. Told me that they will call me tomorrow after speaking to the bank about financing. Need less to say tomorrow came and noone called me back from Dana Ford Lincoln. So after work, I decided to call around for insurance quotes. Upon learning the high quotes I was getting from insurance companies to insurance this vehicle for full coverage, I decided to not purchase any new car at this current time. I called back the salesman Jonathan Taylor that day and told him I was not going to purchase that vehicle anymore. I explained to him about the high insurance quotes I was getting. I told him I will expect my deposit to be refunded. Jonathan then began to try to persuade me to still go ahead with the purchase. After a few attempts, he then tried to get me to drive to the dealer to meet with their insurance agents for a "better quote".. I then explained to him that after ten different insurance agents quoted about the same prices, I didnt feel the need to waste more time. Jonathan then tried to persuade me to look into a totally different vehicle that I was not interested in at all. I told him at this current time I will just like a refund of my deposit that they all assured me was possible. He told me he will have Glenn Mahoney the General sales Manager call me back. After noone called me, I sent an email to Jonathan Taylor at 10pm on November 1, 2016, which to this day he has yet to return. On 12/30/16 while on three way calling with my Credit Card company and Dana ford Lincoln a cashier named IVY at ext.250, IVY promised me I will see a full refund back to my credit card with a couple days. After not seeing the refund on my credit card, I called Dan Ford Lincoln back yesterday and Today January 16, 2016 Glenn Mahoney just called and said he didnt know if the vehicle I had a deposit on was still in stock, and after 48 hours after a deposit is taken on it, if it is not delivered by then, he is allowed to sell it. Glenn Mahoney then Claimed there is NO REFUND GIVEN to an APPROVED SALE. How is it an approved sale if I never took delivery ? Remind you I have a letter dated 10-31-16 in my house from Ford Credit stating that the sale was not approved. So Glenn Mahoney and his staff at Dana Ford Lincoln of Staten Island believe they are entitled to keep my deposit and they never even started the vehicle up for me, never moved it from the same spot it was in. Nothing !!!! DO NOT EVER LEAVE A DEPOSIT ON A VEHICLE, THERE IS NO NEED TO. This may take some more of my valuable time, but this is not over. I will update this review at a later time.

I had a NY State Inspection. Apparently my service rep looked up my past history so when I arrived he was prepared for me. He was friendly, warm and greeted me. He listened to my comments on what I thought I needed. He suggested, advised me of what I might need, clearly told me of cost, time duration. John Hart was a great help to me when I leased in August 2015 so when my mother was looking for a new car this year, I introduced her to John. John was just as courteous to my Mom as he was with me last year, and perhaps even more so. On Wednesday November 25, 2015 I was present at Dana Lincoln Service. This was my first time in for a service related issue. Upon arrival I went to my salesperson Kyle Doyle who was aware that I was coming in. He requested my vehicle and offered me coffee. He then stated that he would take the vehicle himself. Later I met Chuck from service. My issues were corrected in a timely manner and I was extremely thrilled with the excellent service. The Dana Ford Lincoln Support Team is outstanding. Our salesperson Richard Harley went over all the high tech features that our 2015 Ford Explored Limited had to offer. I’ve called him back several times with questions which he answered or had one of the service personnel walk me through. After I had the vehicle for a week I noticed a small dent in the door. The vehicle was picked up at night and driven from the dealer to my home where it was parked in the driveway the entire time, It had 19 miles on the odometer. When I called and spoke with our sale rep he said bring it in and he would ask Frank Curry the customer relations manager to take a look at it. He took care of the issue and had the repair completed in an hour. They could have easily said you’ve had the vehicle for some time now and the dent could have happened anywhere. Found a Dana pre owned online , being from Pennsylvania was a little apprehensive about a new york dealership, set up the appointment over the phone and in emails, drove 2 1/2 hours to get there and found exceptional customer service and facility. Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful, financing with Mike was a breeze , very well organized and prepared in advance. Beautiful facility. Customer service rep Frank Curry was the best i have ever seen, he spent literally a half hour in the car with my wife explaining all the features in a courteous kind manner and continually asked what else we needed. I purchased my Lincoln Town Car from Dana several years ago and have been very satisfied with its performance. Last year my husband leased an MKZ from Dana as well. I have had all of my periodic maintenance check-ups performed at Dana. Their new building is fabulous. I have been at the new building twice for service since it opened and met service specialist, Chuck Puhan, who has been professional, friendly, and so obliging. This is my second vehicle from Dana Ford Lincoln. The first time I leased a Ford Edge, this time I financed a Ford Explorer. I could not be happier with both cars, but even more importantly the dealership itself. On the few occasions I have been there, the staff were both friendly and knowledgeable and you never got that "creepy car salesman feeling". The finance guys were great and I even got a chance to meet the owner, Jimmy who was really warm and genuine. I like to get a brand new car every couple of years. I have never had a better experience buying a vehicle than as I did in Dana. I stared my trip to the dealer in the summer looking for that perfect car for me. I met a salesman ( Mike Price) who was who was although twenty something very knowledgeable, professional and make my buying experience very positive. After having my vehicle for several months I was having some minor problems with my voice control and I noticed some water in my headlamp. I called for an appointment for service and was greeted with the same professionalism and positive energy I had already experienced with Mike. The day of my appoinitment was not a good one for me and about 20 minutes AFTER I was due there I was on the phone with service explaining my situation and looking to make another appointment, to my amazement they told me to come right in. There I was greeted by service specialist Chuck Puhan who had seen me hobbling in ( I walk with a cane due to severe arthritis in my hips) To come assist me. He made sure I was comfortable and took my information and helped me to the waiting area which was immaculately clean and had cable TV and a choice of beverages. After a very short time Chuck came back to me and asked if I would like a loaner car as my car would take a while. This was the most pleasant day I have ever had at a car dealer! I would recommend Dana and there staff to anyone purchasing a new or used vehicle and in the course of my life I have many times already. Why to go guys!

Did not have an appt to have some issues fixed with my wifes MKZ. Dealer got me in that day and ordered parts for the vehicle. Dealer told me the parts would have to be ordered and vehicle will need to be dropped off...so I dropped off vehicle, they gave me a free Lincoln loaner, and my car was fixed in a few days. Very easy transaction and excellent communication from my service specialist...thank you!!

Traded in a mint 2009 Mustang GTCS for a 2011 Ford Escape XLT with low miles, needed for practical reasons. Doug Hansen initially helped us as we are returning customers. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and answered all our questions with no hard sell. He then handed us over to Kevin Ferger who was amazing. Kevin is incredibly professional, well-mannered and caring. He took us through the entire process without a problem, made sure we were happy and that all our questions and concerns were taken care of. We cannot praise him or thank him enough for a terrific experience. Doug and Kevin are the reason we will happily return to Dana.
