This is the third time I have leased a vehicle from Ebersole Honda in Lebanon PA. Neal Eckert, our salesman, is very knowledgeable and he makes the transition to the new one just like a piece of cake. The paperwork time is minimal and easy. We have a fun time speaking with him and that makes the whole experience go faster. I trust his judgment. He explains all aspects of the vehicle and goes the extra mile to see that we are satisfied. I always try to refer Ebersole to my friends and family.

Everything. Everyone was very nice and very helpful. What was supposed to be a quick, last-minute oil change, turned into an inspection, safety recall check, and car wash. Upon inspection, I could not find my up-to-date insurance care, so they called the insurance company for me and figured it out. They also offered me a free car wash included in my lease terms. I had a very strict timeline and everyone worked hard to get me out on time, and was so nice throughout the entire time. It was great and everyone was excellent.

"Very Disappointed"
If I was still having the very same problem that I had when you fixed it at the end of last summer, than why should it matter to me that different codes read out now??? Its the very same problem. I dont think you figured it out. I believe it has more to do with wires being frayed, or something less expensive. For me to have to pay $100 to have you tell me it would cost me $700 to fix it, seems ludicrous.

We bought a used Sierra that had an issue before we got home (approx 30 miles). We called right away and they set up for a diagnosis and covered most of the cost($800.00 repair). We were even given a rental car so we didnt have to make arrangements for drop off or pick up of the truck while it was being repaired. The dealership stood behind the sale of a reliable vehicle. They even washed the truck after the repair. Great staff in all the areas we encountered.
