I stopped by World just to look at the2018 Forresters. I met with Josh Cavelli. He explained the changes to the Forrester since my 2008 was new. Joshs help and knowledge were the reason for my decision to purchase a 2018. Unfortunately it took 2.5 hrs. between the time Josh and I agreed on a price to my getting into the managers to sign the paperwork. Josh must have seen me a half a dozen times to apologize for the delay

Sam Spencer once again helped me and my husband purchase our 4th Subaru Forester. The Forester is a great vehicle to drive and if taken care of properly, will last a long time! Sam always has patience when working with us and makes sure we get all the options we are looking for in our vehicle. Nicole Sciamarelli, (Concierge), did an exceptional job explaining the controls on the dashboard as well as making certain our phones were linked for hands free calls. Her patience was refreshing! It is great to be a repeat customer with Sam because it makes the whole experience of buying a car so much easier. This was our first time working with Nicole as the concierge service was not in use at the time of our last purchase. I find auto shopping / buying to be very stressful. Everyone at World Subaru was so patient and nice I felt comfortable immediately. Sam went out of his way to ease my stress and was essential in helping me find the perfect car for me. Trust me folks this man ran all over making sure I got exactly what I wanted, all the while making sure I was comfortable while he was doing it. I lost two pounds just watching him. When all the paperwork was done Tara came out to teach me about all the new technology. I think she spent more than an hour showing me what each button, dial and flywheel did. Making sure that I understood each gadget before moving to the next one. Then I went back the next day with questions (mostly stuff she had told me that I had forgotten) and she probably spent another hour or more teaching me about my new car. Seriously this is probably the nicest car the bank and I have ever owned. Ok maybe not the bank, but definitely me. Thank you all for making this purchase a pleasure!

Used the Express Service for my first New Car Oil Change. Was greeted quickly by the young woman Express Service Rep. Looked me up in the system, took my keys and explained it would be about an hour. Offered me complimentary coffee and breakfast Then she kept me informed when the car went in and approximately how long it would take. When completed, confirmed I wanted the car washed, complimentary of course and went over all the Service Check Points when the car was ready to go. Excellent service and very timely.

I was looking into trading my Jeep in for something more fuel efficient. I just started car shopping and was dreading it already, I never have a good experience with a dealership. Travis changed that experience for me. I never felt pressured, he was happy to answer all of my questions, and never rushed me to make a decision. I ended up with a great vehicle at a great price, with World even beating my credit unions interest rate. Tara was great at showing me the ins and outs of my new Subaru and made me confident that I made the right choice. Both Tara and Travis have changed my car buying experience. I was in the dealership about 4 months ago and did not make a purchase. At that time I was assisted by Tim Steward. I found Tim to be straightforward and trustworthy, not at all pushy from a sales perspective. When I came back to look at another vehicle, I reached out to Tim and made a purchase. Frankie in finance, walked me through my options, again no pressure. He was able to clearly explain my options so that I could make an informed decision. This week we had a great experience purchasing a new Outback and our salesperson, Rich Riccitelli, was highly accommodating, easy-going, and an expert in his field. He met with us at our convenience, allowed us to test drive the cars we were interested in, and answered all of our questions. Of course, we are delighted with our new Subaru and look forward to enjoying the ride for years to come. In addition, Nicole Sciamarelli explained the ins and outs of our new car perfectly! She spent 30 minutes with us before we drove off the lot. Nicole welcomed any future questions, was very friendly, and was very knowledgeable. I had visited another NJ Subaru dealer the same week and hated the sales process. Very "car salesman " experience, so when I came to World Subaru I expected much of the same. Im happy to report that it was THE best car buying experience Ive had. What was different? No pressure, no lying or playing games. The pre-online communication about my interest in a specific car was also impressive. I showed up, the car was there, the price was not only right, but good! $4,000 less than the other dealer that was painful to deal with. They let me take the car for a ride alone to really check it out. Sam, the sales person, was excellent.

What a great experience with the team at World Subaru from our friendly and knowledgeable sales person Travis Foster to Frankie Lopes in financing to Nicole Sciamarelli who showed us the wonderful features in our new car. Smiles and great service all around! We visited other Subaru dealerships in NYC but they were small and packed with inventory because limited outdoor space. Also the sales team was not as friendly.
