Just wanna take a moment to give these gals & guys credit for a very professional & hospitable buying experience. I found a very low mileage wagon that they newly listed. Stephanie was fantastic & set up an appointment for me to see it the next morning, as I was coming 25 miles to see it. Gary was very kind & answered everything & anything I wanted to know about the car, with no hassle etc... And Chris closed the financial portion of the paperwork and was very helpful & informative about the car history & the dealership as well. While we waited on site for the vehicle maintenance and had breakfast other staff members around & about were very kind & upbeat too. An overall class-act team there in Freehold. The first night I went to look at a car he was extremely informative and though it was close to closing time, sat down with us and did some numbers. We went back the following day to purchase the vehicle and again, he took his time to explain all of the features and answered all of the questions I had. When it came time to purchase the vehicle he was very patient with me, explained all paperwork, answered all of the questions I had, and put me at ease in every way. Their facilities are beautiful. The only things I could write about Freehold Buick is; THE SALES DEPARTMENT IS GREAT. My SALESPERSON is Mr Greenstein. Usually after the sale the sales person has nothing to do with you. He is their to help with any problem I may have. The service department goes the extra mile. My service adviser is Donald. He is always there for me if I have any problem with the car. Freehold Buick is like a well oiled machine, I cannot say anything is wrong with this dealership. Keep up the good work.

I like the bagels and coffee in the customer lounge too. There are tables to work on so that I dont lose a minute of work time. All in all, I cant imagine going anywhere else.

We were looking for a buick enclave (CXL WITH AWD AND 2XL) and freehold had this single owner car which we really loved. We live in Manhattan and this dealer was 65 miles away from us, I was in touch with Stephanie and made an appointment for saturday evening to test drive the car. In middle of our journey to Freehold we had a flat tire and were running late, we requested that we will be there but might get late by 15 mins. Stephanie confirmed that this is not possible since their last appointment is at 5:30 pm on a saturday but we still showed up at around 5:45 pm. The fun starts here: The dealership was almost closed but Joe was willing to help us and go above and beyond to take us on a test drive. He was very professional and gave us a detailed run down on all the features and the history of the car. The test drive was good 2 miles in the hood and told us about the history of dealership also. We ended up purchasing the buick enclave from Joe and from Freehold Buick, Joe mailed me the plates and registration on time :) great customer service and honest people !!

I went to Freehold Buick Gmc because i saw there advertisement for a used Honda Accord. I went and instantly knew this was the car for me. My salesman Paul came answered all my question, then it came time to make a deal. I had some prior credit issues but Paul and the team there went and were able to get me a deal in the price range i was looking for. Anytime i had a question Stephanie who also worked there emailed or answered all my questions very promptly and was beyond nice. Once the deal was made the paperwork was fast and easy. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend to stop in, Thank you for a great first solo car buying experience!!! Anyone who wants a honest and great salesman ask for Paul!!

I went to Freehold Buick last July to try and have my car window fixed while I was waiting Bruce asked me if I was interested in leasing a vehicle I said I would listen to any offers that he had but it would take a super deal for me to buy. 2 hours later I left with a 2015 Buick Lacrosse and I love the car it is amazing as was the service Bruce and the rest of the staff I dealt with provided. I was very happy with my experience at Freehold Buick GMC last Saturday. As it was over an hour from my home, I inquired to make sure the car I was interested in was still available. Stephanie confirmed that it was and, although she had other email inquiries, she would pull the keys to make sure it was there for me to look at when I arrived. I was promptly greeted and the salesman did a quick review around the car and under the hood and didnt hesitate to get us out on the road. It wasnt a short trip around the block, but we were able to test drive on both US 9 and back residential roads. Dave and his team was very helpful in answering all our questions, looking up details, and providing a fair trade. They were very patient in helping us make the right decision with no pressure. The paperwork and on-the-spot sale and cleaning of the car was handled efficiently and we were on our way in our new convertible. I couldnt be happier.

My wife and I were searching for the perfect SUV for our family and from the moment we walked into Freehold GMC/Buick we knew we found it. We were greeted by Paul who worked with us for two days to find the best fit for us. No he was not pushy in any way in selling a car. I went to look at a car that i saw on line, and it was on the lot. a 2015 Buick Encore that was returned off of a lease and was in beautiful condition. comparing a lease and buying the pre owned car I decided to lease a new 2016 Buick Encore. My reasoning to this was I am a senior citizen I have a few more good years and I am tired of buying a car paying for it only to have to pay money for repairs when it is out of warranty. One of the best, if not, buying experience I have had. I saw the vehicle on the internet and sent an email inquiring about the vehicle. Stephanie contacted me asking if I had any questions. Took my information and had one of the salesperson call me. Mike Whyno called me and ask how he could help. I put a deposit on it till I could get down there. Went down on 1/30/16 to look at it. Whe i walked in i asked for Mike and he was paged. The salesperson in the showroom asked if we wanted any water, soda or bsgel.
