CAME IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE...THAT WAS DONE FINE. Came in also because the side piece on the back passenger seat had broken off. You wanted $89.00 to replace it..I have complete coverage until 100,000 miles but was told the piece wasnt covered because it was "Cosmetic". The seat? I only have some 50,000 miles on the Enclave...A very expensive car , and the seat falls apart at 50,000 miles and it is a COSMETIC problem?? Rediculous! fFinally, you also replace brakes and ever since I hear a loud rubbing noise when I brake at high speeds. The mechanic couldnt hear it, but it is still happening.

I just purchased my 4th vehicle from Coleman Buick and it was another amazing experience. I came in to “browse†and somehow, the wonderful Chris Tandy worked with his manager Ty Trill to not only get me out of a messy situation with my current vehicle but to have me driving off the lot in the car of my dreams! I still can’t believe it! Bring your top hat with you because they are guaranteed to pull a rabbit out of it! Chris educated me throughout the entire process and I felt like we were working together. Listen, for most of us, no one actually looks forward to the car buying process but I’m just going to say it….my day at Coleman was actually FUN! They gave me a VERY fair deal on my trade-in and made me an offer on a new car that I simply couldn’t refuse. The icing on the cake was Rory in finance working to get an extended warranty worked in to my already tight budget. More magic! I feel confident posting this review since I know this to be a consistent trend with Ty’s Coleman team. They take care of their customers!
"New Brakes Installed"
I had new brakes installed on my 2012 GMC Terrain SLT-1 AWD on 4/18/2017. The vehicle has about 27k miles on it and the disc pads on all 4 wheels were worn. This issue had been found about 2-3 weeks prior when the service tech performed the vehicle inspection when the oil was changed. At the time the tech also found the two front tires had a dangerous condition. The tires were replaced. Well; I did not wish to replace the disc pads with the factory pads as I felt the factory pads had worn out prematurely. I ordered new Discitalia rotors (slotted and drilled) and the hyper-ceramic disc pads. Total cost $705.00. I told the service director and the techs to take my Terrain for a ride after the new parts were installed. They could not believe the difference in stopping power. However the folks at Coleman were just super. They are the best. I would never known about the tires or the brakes had the service tech not performed a complete inspection when the vehicle was just having an oil change. I cannot thank these people enough for how they do business. Oh, they also provided me a loaner to use overnight while my Terrain was in the service department. This is the dealer ever one should be doing business with whether or are purchasing a vehicle or having one serviced.

I have been a customer of Coleman since 1999. The first vehicle I purchased from Coleman was a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am GT, it was an internet purchase. I since purchased a 1983 Pontiac Vibe AWD, a 2007 Suzuki Grand Vitara 4wd, and a 2012 GMC Terrain SLT-1 AWD. The service received from Coleman has been nothing short of exceptional. Have errors been made, yes but they were quickly corrected. The moat interesting part to this business relationship is that I live within walking distance of another GMC dealer located in Marlton, NJ and I drive to Coleman. When I go to Coleman for service, it isnt like going to "car dealer", I am going to visit friends who just happen to service my vehicle. Drew Coleman just operates the best way, he is just honest.

We recently purchased a pre-owned Buick Enclave from Coleman Buick GMC Cadillac. Our first contact was with Jordan Geltzer (Customer Assistant). Since we live approximately 90 miles from the dealership, my wife and I had a number of questions regarding the vehicle, that we needed to have answered prior to making the treck for a test drive and/or purchase. Once we had agreed upon a price, the next step was how to workout the logistics of getting the car insured, down payment, and the loan in place so that we could drive the car home that evening, rather than make a second trip to pick up the vehicle. Jordan, Ed Korenz (Sales Manager) and Rory Vetack (Finance) were incredibly helpful and stayed well past the closing time of the dealership to secure and process the necessary information and documentation to finalize the deal. Before heading out with our newly purchased vehicle, Jordan again took the time to cover the operation and features of the vehicle, and answered any additional questions we had. Additionally, Jordan offered that if we had any questions once home that we should call him and he would walk us through the process. Finally, within 48 hours of the purchase, we received a call from Jordan checking to see how we liked the vehicle and if we had any questions/concerns. The Coleman Buick is an immaculately kept dealership with quality inventory. Its staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It was a pleasure to working with Jordan, Ed and Rory, I would (and will) highly recommend this dealership and its staff to my friends and family..

Unfortunately, I was focused on the write-up and didnt indicate the star rating. As a result my write up only had 1 star versus the five stars I clearly intended to give them. I am trying to update my original rating but having a hard time figuring out how to do so. Once I do, youll be sure theyll get 5 Stars. Just an all round professional bunch that helped me quickly get the car I needed. They are super accommodating to out of state buyers, which made the process even more enjoyable. I had the pleasure of meeting Chris Tandy in my search for an Acadia. I was at the dealership to look at 3 per owned models. Chris is very thorough, and knowledgeable of the products. His approach and selling style are fantastic. While I was shopping for a preowned Chris took the time to take me through the process on a new model and showed me that with available incentives it was actually less expensive to get new. Chris introduced us to his finance team, the process was easy to navigate. My wife and I settled on a new Acadia and are very happy with the experience. We picked up the car today and on delivery Chris took time to show us all of the features and committed is full support to us. It was a busy day at their dealership but he remained committed to us. After months of looking for a new car to replace my current leased vehicle, I stopped into the Coleman Cadillac dealership. After speaking with the sales person, he suggested that I might be better served by looking at the GMC and Buick vehicles. As soon as we walked in the door we met a friendly salesperson who directed us to the type of cars we were interested in. After a few minutes, the sales rep asked if we were Costco Members of which we replied "yes". He suggested that we utilize a special offer that Costco is currently offering. This process eliminated price haggling since Costco has predetermined pricing. After the some deliberation we decided to sleep on the offer. We finally decided to do final negotiations with Coleman and after some friendly haggling, we decided on a new car at our comfortable selling price. Great Experience in buying a car.
