I drove 1.5 hours only to find out that the price advertised on cars.com, cars gurus.com and others was not the real price of the vehicle. They charge $2000 extra for every used vehicle, $1995 more for certification plus labor and other fees of $895. Very disappointed!

The worst dealership I have ever been to. Customer service is so poor. The way manager and sales people talk to customers, not professional at all. I checked car they had on cargurus.com. Price on Cargurus was $12,433 and when you go there, manager and sales people tell you $14,900 + tax and tags. This was rediculous. I would highly recommend not to go there. When I went there, there was not even one customer and 8 sales people and 1 manager. That tells you how awesome they are.

I bought my 2015 Nissan Rogue here in August 2015. I knew what I wanted and called in advance to tell them. It was there and we negotiated the deal with Tyler. We asked for a certain price and they worked with us. Since then I have returned for regular service. The waiting area is comfortable and the service staff could not be more pleasant. They are honest about any issues the vehicle may have. The manager, Chris Forzani, always asks if everything is ok and how the car is running. I do not live close to this dealership and it is always a pleasant experience.
