I made an inquiry online for a 2017 F150. My inquiry was immediately responded to by Tim. He asked me specifics about the options I was looking for and told me he would get back to me. Within the same day, he told me he found a truck that met all of my specifications. I had been working with another dealer for several weeks and that dealer hadnt found the perfect truck. I began negotiations with Tim, and it didnt take very long for us to come to an agreement. Tim was able to get the truck transferred to his dealership from the other dealership that housed that truck within a day, allowing me to come in on a week-end instead of having to take time off work. Tim came in on his day off to finalize the deal. I could not have been happier with Tim and Ron DuPratt Ford...and I have an amazing, beautiful new truck!!!!

I give the facilities only 3 stars because my 3 year old son was with us and they didnt have a section of kids toys like the other dealerships and it can be hard to negotiate a deal when you couldnt find a babysitter. The place itself was well kept and very clean. Again, I would recommend you go there before visiting any other Ford dealer! I drove 2 hours to see the car and was excited we were able to make a deal!

Ron DuPratt Ford (Tim Tweedt and Ron Wolff) helped us find the perfect car for our family - a 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan when we realized we just could not afford to lease a Ford Flex (which I really had my heart set on). The process was SO uncomplicated - I was impressed. The last time we bought a new car (15 years ago) it was such a dizzying process. We did have a couple of small wrinkles after we went home but Tim and Ron helped us resolve both issues to our satisfaction. We really love our new(er) car!

I had a partially dead battery this morning. Got a jump and headed up to the service department, without an appointment. Left car running while I went inside to explain. I was greeted by Jason, who was such a blessing. Very cordial, welcoming, sympathetic to my situation. He checked me in without any fuss whatsoever. About 40 minutes later I was back on the road with a new battery installed. Apparently the old one was leaking from the side and puddling beneath the battery. The car was all clean - they had washed it for me. Excellent service. I shall return in the future. I have written a not so complimentary review before, so this was pleasing to me, that I could praise Ron DuPratt Ford for excellent service today. I hope I have the pleasure to be served by Jason again - he is such a credit to the company. As the front-line for the Service Department today, it is so important for him to make a good impression. He certainly did that. Please pass this praise to Jason. Thanks also to Brian Tapparo, the Service Manager, for his involvement in todays unscheduled appointment.
