I live in Patterson and have always taken my car to Alfred Mathews for my tune-ups and such. I decided to take it to Thompsons Chevrolet because of my work schedule and the convenience of being in town. Very happy to have walked in and seen a familiar face working in the service department (obviously he came from another dealership that I have frequented) and knowing that he was semi familiar with my car and recognized me as well. Above all, very courteous and efficient in the work.

I see the Owner Bruce Thompson and he always so kind and hugs are always warm. I saw Carlos Sales Rep. and he listened and paid attention to me. A BIG plus in my book. Than he had me look at some other vehicles so I would have choices and no regret of missing some other vehicle I may have wanted. Bought a 2009 traverse I bought it at a good deal plus the dvd player started only playing half the dvds I told them and yhey replaced it.....900 $
