Nice and busy environment. Busy on Saturday afternoon. Dropped car off. Returned two hours later. Checked in. Waited 15 minutes car was ready. The gentleman quickly explained the work done. Overall nice experience. There was a oil filter waiting in my console? Looked brand new. Just wondering if thats normal.

This is the 4th Ford I have bought in the last 3 years from Jim Burke. Every vehicle I have purchased has been fantastic. My experiences with Jim Burke Ford though all my purchases has been amazing. The purchase I just made a couple day ago was easy as easy can be. Jim Burke has a top notch sales and finance team that make buying a car easy. My sales lady Nicole Martinez was very easy to work with, and extremely knowledgable and professional. I spoke to Chad Manning the VP of Sales when I started looking for a used Ford F-250. Chad took the time to search for the used truck I was looking for, and inform me when the match I was looking for came in. I am super happy with my purchase. I am a lifelong Jim Burke customer and happy to tout it!

The service department made the best of a not so good situation. I had to have my lift gate on my Ford Flex worked on. The wrong parts were ordered, and I needed to take the car back in after the correct parts were ordered. Everyone was very accommodating, especially when we had to retry. They made sure I had my shuttle to and from work, made apologies, and acted extremely professionally. It was inconvenient to have my car in multiple times to diagnose, fix, and refix the problem, but they really did made the best of a bad situation. I truly appreciate the professionalism, and striving to make things right. Kuddos to Jim Burke Fords service department, and shout out to Lupe and Lori for taking care of me.

When I came into your service department, the drive was empty and no service people were in there offices, a girl at the last office, was sitting there and had a blank look on her face, I said I was here to drop off my car for an oil change, and she said, huh, I had to tell her again that I was there for an oil change, and she still looked blank faced. I asked her if I needed to sign anything like I have done in the past and she said I only need your number. I was just taken back by that comment since before I have had some one walk around the car, etc. The only positive thing is that they had my car done quicker than what I thought. This situation will not hold be back from coming back to your service center. I have always had good service, maybe it was just the day I chose to come.
