I HAD APPOINTMENT ON 10/2/17 @7:00A.M. TOOK THEM ABOUT 30MINS TO GET MY INFO BECAUSE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS NOT OPEN AT 7A.M. BUT IT SAYS 7AM WORKERS GOT THERE 7:10 - 7:15 A.M. MY CAR HAS BEEN THERE SINCE THEN THEY HAVE GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND THAT MY CAR WILL BE READY AT 5PM THIS IS BEEN GOING ON FR 3WEEKS UNTIL NOW 10/23/17 I HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY CAR I HAVE MADE PHONE CALLS IN THE LAST 2HOURS ALWAYS PUT ME TO VOICE MAIL.. I WILL NEVERRRRRRRRRRR BUY A VEHICLE FORM BAKERSFIELD CHRYSLER OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

My wife and I were not sure what we needed or wanted. We looked around for a car for two days causing more confusion. My wife wanted a compact car to easily get around in, but a car to accommodate our two boys. Yet, a car we can past down to our 12 year old for his high school years. On the other hand, I wanted a sturdy and reliable car for when my wife leaves town for her marathons that encompass mountainous environments and, at times, inclement weather. I also wanted the horsepower to accommodate the weight of lcargo during our travels. Because we were unsure to what car was ideal for us, I could understand a car salesmans patients being put to the test. Not David! He repeatedly allowed us to test drive different models, and even the same models when we asked. After spending much time with us and allowing us the multiple test drives, I turned the cars down realizing the vehicles we had test drove were not four wheel drive. David did not push the sale, but directed us to other models that met our needs. And again he showed patience, and again never pushing us to buy. He wanted us to be satisfied with the car we chose. I have bought cars from Bakersfield Nissan. North Bakersfield Toyota/Scion and BMW. With my dealings with these dealerships, I promised myself I would never buy a car from them ever again. If I ever wanted a model they sold, I would take my business out of town. But for David and, so far, how Bakersfield Chrysler has treated us, we are so satisfied and happy.

The 2+ month delay was easier to accept because we could call him with questions about driving the vehicle and his calls keeping us posted. Now today, our 2014 Jeep G.C. is riding very smoothly!

I have had an issue with Jeep Chrysler for almost 3 months now. I have a faulty front windshield. I was told by the service department they were ordering one. More than a month passed and no response. I then called to speak to the Manager. He also told me he would check on it for me. He did explain it is a process to replace a windshield. Everytime I call they send me to the managers voice mail and a person in the service department. I dont appreciate the runaround. Atleast, if they called me back, I would know something is being done. I now believe they never ordered the windshield. Now we are going on the third month with no action.. Thank you for allowing me to complain of their service.

When I was looking to buy a 4 door car, I had not even considered Bakersfield Chrysler, as I was looking to purchase a used mid-sized sedan. I had spent 3 hrs dealing with Carmax down the street and did not get anywhere close to a deal! So as I was leaving, my buddy suggested we take look at Bakersfield Chrysler, as he had a positive experience buying his van. So glad I made the decision! The dealer took my time into consideration and made every possible effort to ensure the deal was closed quickly. They made a fair offer on my trade in and I ended up with a new 200 for the price of a used one. The manager really made every effort to that I was satisfied, this was during Presidents Day and the place was very busy, in all the still made me feel that my business was important. As much I like my 200, I may be back soon as I need a bigger car!

Prompt, but going in at 4:30 in the afternoon is better than what you face at 8am. Just do not go in at 4:30 with a wish list of thing to fix. Even then I am not sure the early am crowd can do what your needs are. Much of what I read on line of our customer satisfaction has to do with capable handling of car care issues
