I had been looking for a long time for a used SUV that was a decent price,year, and mileage and Bakersfield Mitsubishi had it for me. From the getgo I called and made sure the car was there and they were nice enough to let me know about the car and were honest I totally recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a used or new car they are great and so nice !!! This was My first car and it went well !

I purchased a used car from this dealership this past week.took in the car to have back brake light repaired it was broken when purchased the vehicle. they had said that they have fixed it when going to pick up the vehicle was not repaired.Iv call all this week trying to get a tail light fix ,all they say is have to get it approved by manager.

I went in to have a spoiler put on my new car and the service advisor was very helpful. I was aware that it was going to take a few hours to install, so I was offered a shuttle back to my house and I gladly accepted. Then I was called with an update on my vehicle and that was very impressive, good customer service there.

Well we had our 1st oil change done on our new car, we brought it into the service department at Mazda and we waited about an hour. They really kept excellent communication with us, and we were out of there within an hour. We received a discount due to it being our 1st service, every little bit helps and we were just trilled to save a little money!!! They offered us coffee, a shuttle to go to lunch and it great customer service.

Honestly, Mazda wasnt a first choice. I was originally looking towards Honda, Toyota, or any other big name in reliability, quality and price. I came to Bakersfield Mazda after looking at the bigger name companies and was honestly impressed with the look of the dealership. the professional behavior of my salesperson(Edgar) who was the opposite of the stereotypical salesman who will rush you and harass you into a car at all cost. Edgar answered all of my questions and showed me the best car for me, a 19 year-old college student. He got me the best deal and I dont regret anything in the deal. I was beyond impressed and continue to recommend the dealership for its quality, professionalism, service and the great deals they work with you. Give this dealership a try, you wont regret it. I personally recommend Edgar but everyone here is great.

Aftern shopping around at several locations, we found a great guy, Guadalupe was there to seal the deal. After Chuy searched several cars, he finallly found our family the best ride.

My husband asked about a car that was on sale. A couple days later a salesmen called my husband and said he found a bank that would do the car loan. We went down to the car lot. We met with Franklin. He said that another salesmen will finish it up. Just give the guy the paper so he could make copies. Apparently we were never had a bank. The other salesman coulnt get us approved. We have done this same sanareo twice. I would not recommend this company. It was bad enough we stood in triple digit weather for a hour for a ride.

Worst expiernce with some salesman and at Mitsubishi the sales man seem he didnt know what he was talking about until some gentle men came in after the first guy, I dont recall hes name but he was from Wasco!!! Overall Im satisfied and got my new Mitsubish!!!

Contacted the dealer about a car that they had listed. Took about 4 days for me to get a call back. When I did, they left me a message that sounded like they did not care about my business and it sounded like he was forced to call me back. I called him back two times and never received a return call again. I purchased the same care from another dealer with great service!

Like an idiot i returned to Mitsubishi after buying 3 cars from them. Every time Ive been there service has been lacking. This time I went in and told them that i was a definite buyer and just wanted to get a car. The salesman left to deal with other people after saying hed talk to his manager. I sat there for an hour without being able to talk to anyone after that. They just lost an easy sell. Im never going back

I came into the Mazda service center over this past weekend, to get me oil changed. I have to say that the there customer service really blew me away, its one thing to be nice and do your job well. These guys are not messing around, from the moment I arrived it was excellent communication and they really seemed to go out there way to help me in anyway that they could. I was not expecting to need brakes as well and they were able to get them done while I waited in the Lounge area. I am so glad to finally find a group of mechanics that you can trust!!!

My husband and I went to get our car serviced because 3 das after we had baught the car it turned off on us while we were driving . The mechanic said the car was fine it took another 3 visits for them to fix it and they were ignoring us when we were asking for help. The mechanic still never found the problem I almost had an accident while I was driving my car because it turned off when I was on the free way I will never buy a car from here again.

I went down to Bakersfield Mazda as I was looking for a car for my oldest son, he has his eye on the Mazda3 and after my online research they are very affordable. I went in knowing exactly what we wanted and to my surprise we were able to make a deal, the sales and finance team were excellent and they also gave me a great price for our trade in. I felt comfortable and not pressured in any way, I think it definitely pays off to do your research. I had always heard good things about this dealership and two of my friends own Mazdas as well.

I contacted the dealer about a car they had online. I spoke with a salesman and gave him my number as I had some questions about the car. I never heard back from the salesman or the dealership and the car is still listed online. I guess they dont like dealing with people from out of state.

My husband and I received super customer service from the moment we pulled up to the time we drove off in our brand new 2012 galant. Our sales guy was terrific and the finance manager was superb. We received a super deal and definitely recommend buying a car here.

Service department cuts corners and does horrible work. On a recent tire rotation, the mechanic stripped a lug on my car causing damage not only to the rim but also to the hub. Found out a couple weeks later. Dealer gave the run around at first that manager went home at 2pm or that he was "out sick" every time i called. Dealership eventually replaced hub but would not fix damages to the rim.

From the receptionist to the tech guy, they turned a bad situation to good. Went in with an annoying recall issue. Frustrated about the time I had to spend waiting for repair, the receptionist could not have been nicer. Tech guy was very helpful. Overall highly recommend to my friends.

I would not recommend this dealer for buying a new car or for service. The salesmen and managers are looking to do something "to you" rather than "for you". A routine visit for an oil change took over two hours, and they tried to "upsell" additional service not recommended by the manufacturer. I bought a good car from a poor dealer.
