"Decent Dealer, Horrible Service Center"

Purchasing my wifes car here was just an average experience. While the staff was friendly, they were not very engaging. It just didnt feel welcoming. But the one star isnt based off of that experience. Their service department is horrible. They overbook their appointments and forget walking in. They treat you like an idiot for not making an appointment. I should have known I would have problems from day one when we purchased the car and they didnt have anyone available to wash it before delivery. This was after sitting and waiting in the service area for more than an hour. That sounded strange to me because it was the middle of the day in the middle of the week. They asked me to come back another day and they would offer a complimentary wash. When we tried a few days later to get that done they were rude and dismissive like we were bothering them. The same when we tried to claim our complimentary oil change. My wife will not return there because of the way she was treated and goes all the way to Bob Wondries in Alhambra to get her car serviced, even though we live 3 minutes from Colley. Normally I service my car near my work, but that wasnt going to be possible this last time so I figured I would give Colley another shot with my Ford vehicle. Overbooked and unapologetic about it. Worst service center I have ever experienced.

every things were fine but two things: 1- there were no resting area for costumers, No coffee and no water. I was about 5 hours there without any drinks. 2- The paper works process is unnecessarily long. for example my agent gave me some papers to sign, took them to finance manager and then brought some new paper for sign. this repeated 5 times. I could signed all paper all together.

I had to replace the mirror piece of my side mirror. Normally, you replace the mirror and mirror assembly. They were able to replace the broken mirror, and not have to replace the mirror assembly, saving me a few hundred dollars.

My Fusion Energi purchase has been a positive experience from the beginning. I was unsure of the benefits of a plug in hybrid so I took advantage of Fords two year lease program. My ownership experience has been pleasant surprises all the way. The dealership purchase was no hassle, my first scheduled service was free, (thank you), and the car is everything I enjoy about driving.

I was hoping to purchase the car through my small business (sole-proprietorship). However, this would have changed my interest rate, as my business had not existed long enough (1.5 years). I found the sales people to be kind,nd they made every attempt to assist me in the best financing options. The process always takes longer than I would like, but it is a major purchase. This is the second car we have purchased at Colley Ford. The last one was purchased when the dealership was on Citrus in Covina, 30 years ago. I absolutely love the Fusion. It has all the conveniences I need. No more cell phone tickets. Everything is done with a voice command. They are great people over at Colley. Attempts were made to sell me extra features, but there was no pressure. I gave up a Saturday afternoon to get a great car.

The staff here is always amazing. They always try to go above and beyond expectations and have even went out of the way to buy my son some toys. I had to bring my 2012 Ford Focus back twice to get a problem fixed. You replaced the battery, and subsequent to that I kept getting "low battery" warnings. I brought it in, and you said you couldnt reproduce the problem and returned the car. Fortunately it didnt seem to affect driving. Still, I had no trouble triggering the warning, so I brought it in again when I needed an oil change. This time you said it was a bad battery that had been installed. Didnt you check the battery the first time? How about when you installed it? At least your customer service is great.

I dont have excellent credit so it was challenging for Corey to get the financing for me. But he was able to do it. The staff that helped us was great . From Betty that initially greated us to Ismael, our sales person. The "closer" was rude and the Finance guy was abrupt and talked too fast, but other than that, it was a good experience.

Dealt with Nick Wilson in sales and he was great. He immediately understood what we were looking for and found it. No pressure "heres the car this is what I can sell it for" beat everybody else hands down this was all on the phone. In person it was no different, very professional everything was as he stated. The finance person was just as friendly and professional, she made it painless. During delivery Nick explained it all and made sure we understood all we needed and were comfortable. Called a couple of days later to make sure we were happy and to see if there was anything else he could do. Would not hesitate to call him again for another Ford.

Everything was nice and went smooth, only problem was the long wait to do an oil change. I do believe that 4 hours of wait to get my car oil changed seems too excessive. I was told it would be 3 hours initially since its a Saturday but even with that you cant say that the length of time is still reasonable?

This is the third car from Colley in 7 years or so. To be honest, I didnt like Colley Ford because we had a bad experience in 1997. However, things change and now I wouldnt go anywhere else. Im glad to see that Matt is back as he was very helpful but Nick truly put up with me and was great through the entire sales process. Nick was percistant and was there every step of the way. I hope Ford recognizes him for what a great salesperson he is. It was also great meeting C J Colley.

Purchased a 2015 Edge, had looked at couple of other dealerships and some on-line. Nick was great, asked what I wanted and then went looking and within 10 minutes called back and had found a couple of vehicles. He had great pricing which made the choice between the two vehicles easy. At the dealership things were pretty straight forward, discussed my interest in a couple of the usual extras ( extended warranties etc) very reasonable prices and the deal was done. A couple of follow up phone calls from the dealership to make sure we were happy and that things had been done and explained properly. So far a very pleasant experience and can highly recommend you call or go in and see Nick Wilson.

We arrived at the dealership 5 minutes before closing. There were no more customers on the lot. A salesman came out right away - Tyson. He was awesome! He was ready to go home. He was extremely helpful. He let us test drive an Explorer. He then took my info to qualify me - The Ford finance was gone already. He said he would call me back by 9 the next morning. He called me right on time and told me that that I was approved!!! At that time I decided to go for a Fusion. Tyson was very knowledgeable. He answered every question I had on the spot! From Tyson, the sales manager and Norma in finance these guys are EXCELLENT professionals!!! Norma in finance was Awesome! Not to mention we came on Labor Day so you fed us as well! Great experience!!! Top notch dealership! I will recommend them to everyone I know!!
