SEE YELP TOO... I came in to have basic service performed on my 2014 (lease) Ford Fusion Energy. A young man walked up and asked if I would like a bottle of water.... 100 degrees outside. We started chatting about my lease coming to maturity in about 4-5 months and he asked if I would like to see a new one. Not having much to do I said sure. Needless to say I walked out leaving my 2014 and getting into a brand new 2017 with the same lease terms and basically the same payment with very little down. Whoo hoo!

I have an issue with my 2015 Ford F150 where my engine light comes on for no reason every so often. I have had to bring my my truck back and forth over a dozen times and the problem has not been resolved.

I brought my 2012 Raptor in for a driver side mirror that went out of adjustment when you closed the door. I was told that was normal wear and tear? It seems like a a mirror that is worn out in 53000 miles is a bit soon to have to be replacing. I also brought it in for an exhaust leak that was completely taken care of.

When my heater/airconditioner was stuck and only blew a high volume of heated air I took the first available appointment (several days later) to have it repaired. The repair (replacing the blower) was completed on the same day, and my bill included $980 for labor. I tried to phone both the service manager and the dealer manager. In one case I left a message that was not returned, and in the second case I was told that his message box was full. Im pleased that the work was done promptly and the unit now works again; but Id still like to know what the hourly rate was for the labor--since the car was repaired in one day.

Steven Martinez at Ford of Upland has changed my mind about getting my Ford vehicles serviced at this location. Steven listened to all of my request. Had my moms Focus ready in under the time estimate, the cost of my service was under the estimate quote, and was cheerful and respectful throughout the time it took for my moms car to be serviced. Im currently considering taking my Fusion to Upland for service now.

Not happy at the service writer because he did not tell me why they didnt rotate the tires until I called him when I got home and read the repair order. He said they couldnt rotate the tires because the wheel nuts were to rounded off. I said why didnt you tell me when I was there. ( I never heard of this before) plus the last two visits I had coupons for oil change and tire rotation for $39.95 but never got credit for them. I have always had my car repairs done here but no more. I will go elsewhere for my service.

Service was done quickly and for a great price. A local oil change place wanted $80 just for oil change. At Ford of Upland I got oil change, multi point inspection, youre rotation, refilled fluid etc., all for much less than $80. The technicians also worked through so we got our car back much sooner than expected. They also do not best you up about doing other services. They just do what you ask and inform you of things that need to be done. Highly recommended for routine service! Thank you.

Once I saw someone everything went smoothly. I waited in the service area 15 minutes before anyone came out to check in my car. 2 different people said someone would be right with me which wasnt the case. I was the only one waiting. They did get my car back to me the same day. The latch on the driver door had to be replaced. Its the second time since August. They said a faulty one had been installed previously.
