I have been dealing with Irma for 4 months, I have a unique situation that required me to get the cash money from my ailing wife. She would not make payments and I had to wait until she could get all of the money together. Irma went out of her way to make sure I got the best possible deal. She even volunteered to come in on her day off to meet my needs. I am very happy with my new Colorado. I am 75 years old and this will probably be my final new vehicle.

I was over due for my oil service when I had to make an emergency trip to Arizona that day for a funeral. I got to the dealership at 6:50 am and learned that there were 7 to 9 cars ahead of me and it could be 11:00 to 12:00 before mine was finished. I explained my issue and the nice service guy said hed do his best. Well to my amazement at 8:30 my car was completed and I could be on my way. I am so thankful and I enjoyed a great driving experience to and from Arizona in my Chevy Traverse! Thank-you again Rotolo Chevrolet!!

But much to my surprise the Service Personnel assisted me promptly and informed me of the process of how they will be handling my car and reviewing the issue.
