I contacted them by email about a preowned car and they replied very fast. The salesman was helpful and knowledgeable. I arranged a visit and checked the car, but was not very fond of the black interior, ended up not going ahead with the purchase. Premises are nice, and they surely move a lot of cars there every month. I didnt feel pressured at any time, all in all was a nice experience.

My husband and I would like to thank you and your staff, particularly Ms. Helen Stredder for her exceptional customer service. Ms. Stredder worked diligently with me, my husband, and my brother, (who she also sold a car to months earlier). She was very patient, thorough and demonstrated delightful customer service skills. In fact, my first car of choice was a Mercedes Benz GLE, however, Ms. Stredder’s dedication to provide the best experience at Audi is what detoured us away from Mercedes and into your dealership. It’s a workforce like Ms. Stredder that made a difference, both for your dealership and for your customers. My husband and I were very pleased with the smooth, ‘no-nonsense’ approach Ms. Stredder provided, accompanied by the relaxed and ‘no pressure’ atmosphere there at Audi of Santa Monica. Unfortunately, at the end of our visit, your finance manager devastated our pleasant experience. Mr. Michael Williamson completed the transaction with the final maintenance and service portion. Upon entering his office, he demonstrated an unfriendly, arrogant demeanor. He rambled through the finances in a disinterested and irritated manner. Ms. Stredder had given us a deal which included maintenance in writing. Mr. Williamson called her into the room, unpleasantly, demonstrating rude body language by rolling of the eyes and grunts. He spoke to her in an entitled, rude manner. He scolded Ms. Stredder in his office, in front of his customers for making a deal in writing. If fact, Ms. Stredder’s agreement was what lead us into your dealership to begin with. Regardless of the circumstances, representatives need to be aware of their surroundings while on duty and exhibit a professional manner at all times, remembering that they represent the organization which employs them, in this case, Audi. Mr. Williamson presented a poor representation of Audi by acting unprofessional towards Ms. Stredder in front of customers, which made both my husband and I very uncomfortable while in the room. The room soon turned silent and hostile. Despite Mr. Williamson’s unprofessionalism, Ms. Stredder kindly nodded her head, with a pleasant smile, and apologetic, she notified him that she was going to speak with the manager. Please remind your staff, that all matters with other employees should always be handled behind closed doors and not in front of your customers. We are confident and optimistic that even behind closed doors, employees are treated respectfully.

Very few of us like buying cars because of the antics of the car dealerships and salespeople. I dreaded getting rid of my car and purchasing a new one. However, the experience was entirely different with Ash at Santa Monica Audi. I just couldnt believe it really, couldnt believe I was not being worked and prodded and pulled to get the most out of me to buy a car. I couldnt believe that Ash and Audi worked with me in the way they did, which was with respect, true and candid deals. Ive purchased a number of cars over the years and this was the most pleasant experience by far. Ash said they werent like other car dealerships. He was right. From beginning to end, the car buying process was easy, not pressured, and a pleasure. Im thrilled with my new Audi and couldnt be happier with how I was treated at Santa Monica Audi.

Finance dept was also fantastic. No hard selling on the extended warranties, paint protection, etc. Id say I spent no more than a total of 2 hours from when I first arrived to when I drove off the lot in my new car.

I got my Audi here and also got the 4 year warranty. I must say the service here in the past time that Ive been here has been really great. Ken Maryan has been scheduling me for appointments. He has been prompt to return my phone calls and get my vehicle ready by the time promised. I know that the service dept. doesnt offer courtesy pickup but Ken has always been thoughtful enough to offer them to me just in case. I was quite grateful the last visit because I wouldve been stranded otherwise. I know Ill be going back as long as Ken takes care of me.

Abtin Navab at Santa Monica Audi fleet manager responded with great pricing and even lock the rate for us, since we where going to buy this car. In mean while he continued contacting us with the updates and delivery date and all the other extras where delivered. Great experience and the car is exactly what I really wanted. Will do business with them again for our second car soon and highly recommended.
